A fun look at hockey as it once was. Good stories and personal histories of former NHL greats.

In this book, the author embeds himself in the oldtimers’ tour, mostly of northern and western Canadian towns. Although a number of NHLers make appearances (Bobby Hull, Napier, Shutt, Sittler, Statsny) the primary facilitator of the author’s journalism is Tiger Williams. Worth a read.

A good story about the old-timers hockey tour and stories from the players.
