I don't think I've been compelled to write a book review before but I couldn't believe they weren't more ratings for this wonderful book. Being 50 and experiencing symptoms, I have read recently a lot of meno books and this was by far the clearest and most helpful. It is written in a practical way in black and white writing. Somehow she is able to capture a lot of info and the science bits without dragging you down in too much detail that you get lost. Thanks Kathy!
