My purpose in writing this book is to demonstrate to readers from God's Word that maturity in the faith is not unusual, nor is it negotiable. It is expected. Indeed, it is the design of God for those who have been born again in Jesus Christ. It need not be a follow-on experience of growth in the Spirit. We can enter into relationship with God through the threshold of faith and continue growing, just as a seed naturally reproduces, just as God has designed things to be.
