The previous book in this contemporary reverse harem romance series left off on such a cliffhanger that I was eager to find out what happened next. Luckily, Lily Harlem didn't keep her readers waiting for long. Stowaways continues the adventure that Olivia is on with her sexy harem of men. First we head back to Africa for the wrap up of that part of the expedition, then we find out where the gang are headed next. Along the way we have, of course, lots of sexy times with Olivia and her guys, as well as some new and surprising developments, plus some frustrating ones. I'm not going to say any more and give anything away, though.

Overall, this is another excellent addition to this series. It's well-written, gripping, and has lashings of steamy moments, romance, and humour. If this sounds like your kind of book, though, I'd highly recommend starting from book one of the series - jump in here and you'll have no idea what's going on. This series is definitely best read in order.

Africa. Hot. Wild, Beautiful. Complicated. The home to beginnings and endings. Olivia is finding 6 husbands to be more difficult than anticipated. There's still tension between Evan and Harry. Paul doesn't seem to be taking their relationship seriously. The hospital is built and serving the village, the jeep is repaired. It's time to move on, decide if there's to be another challenge or whatever else the future holds. The only thing that's certain is that they will be together. At least that's what Olivia thought. It's decided that they will travel to Spain to check on Raul's restaurant. But when it's time to leave Paul makes it clear that his plans are not the same. Olivia's heart is broken but for her there is no choice. She loves her husbands. Where they go, she goes. After a brief, dangerous return to the villa the team is ready to say goodbye to Africa. When Evan refuses to fly the team mostly gets a job working on a huge freighter for a surly, drunken captain. Since the Captain won't take them all on as crew, a couple stowaway on board. And they aren't alone. A 10 day voyage turns out quite unexpectedly. What else could be expected with this team! Heading back to the real world where complications will arise and their relationship will be judged this is a bridge between their time alone and normal life.

It's a remarkable thing when an author takes every criticism you had with the prior book and fixes it! That's exactly what happened here for me. I am so pleased. Harry and Evan both confided in Olivia reestablishing her as their center priority. They allowed her to have an opinion and to "fix" things between them. Paul behaved exactly as I thought he would and the guys, especially the twins handled him properly. Raul, Harry, and Lucas all handled Olivia appropriately as well. Please let Paul remain a footnote in Africa. No takebacks! And no more tears over him. Paul's so not worth it and she has 5 incredible men who adore her.

This book is satisfying. It has danger, adventure, and plenty of sexy times. There are sweet words and tension, hurt feelings and displays of love. I truly enjoyed the Captain's reaction each time he caught Olivia with someone other than her 'husband'. It amused me. We get to see several of the guys react to a new situation. I think this will come in handy in one of the next books because there was plenty of foreshadowing about a big change coming their way. I'm interested to see how the team transitions into their past lives. I hope that they are strong enough to weather the so-called civilized world. If it gets to be too much I hope that Harry will buy a small island off the Spanish or Scottish coast for them to all live and love together.

Well now, I'm beginning to think there is something very interesting going on. And I really hope it's what I think it is. I mean come on people banging that many guys you don't think something's going to happen? I hope it's a thing I want to have happen to happen. I like this book this book was good. I hate paul. I hope that if he turns up in another book somebody shoots him in the skull. Just saying. On to the next book.

Love love loved it!

There's friction in the harem, (and not the good kind). And the dangers they face in Africa are becoming all too real. With their work there finished, it's time for them to move on. Look, when i found this series I thought it was like below deck combined with survivor. However, the FMC has literally said “I’m not like other girls” maybe 50 times and for that, it cannot get above a 1 star. Also, the dialogue is so awkward.

Another great adventure

Olivia and her men have finished the hospital in Africa. Once it's staff arrives, they have no reason left to stay. With a new destination in mind, they prepare to leave Africa behind. Not everyone is ready to go though. Things get heated when true colors start to show.

The end of book three left us in a pretty intense moment. We pick up right back there with emotions running high. Olivia jumps in and tries to calm the waters but some things may need to work out on their own. Plus, she's got her own issues to work out when new visitors come to the village. Their presence brings about some truths. Truths that can change everything.

We do eventually leave Africa in this book. It's a rocky and eventful road getting out of there though. Deciding to avoid flying and try for the water instead, they seek work at the port on a ship headed toward their destination. A group that size is a lot to secure jobs for though. Hence the title. That's all I'm going to say about that as I don't want to give anything away.

This book, like the other two, was full of action, adventure and some super hot sexy moments. Really stepping up the sexy moments!! This book brings about some heartache too. I can't say I'm in shock at the turn of events but my heart does hurt for Olivia. But....I think we have a little surprise coming in book 5!!! That's just my take on it but I feel like there were some hints dropped along the way that were pretty hard to ignore. I hope I'm right anyway. I'm definitely looking forward to finding out in Breakaways.

Pretty good for RH but be forewarned it is book 4 of 5 and it’s 1 continuous story. You wouldn’t want to read less than all 5 books as it’s not a complete story. The next book literally picks up the second the last book left off, which usually feels like it’s in the middle of a scene/ chapter. Five (6?) guys but she usually with one at a time. A few ménage scenes which are hot and very tame M/M. Some cheating, because 5 guys aren’t enough?...but the guys seem to be ok with it🤷‍♀️ But since it’s mostly one on one, it feels like it’s a couple weeks before she hooks up with the same guy again... can’t see any guy waiting weeks to have sex with their “hot” wife and sleeps alone every night while she hooks up with other husbands.

Another great book in the challenge series! Only disappointment was the large part the Africa story still played - wanted more of the stowaway story. The book is reading more like a series than standalone as I had been reading them (each book was one adventure). Not a criticism, but a noticed change. That said, there was unresolved questions from Runaways that were answered. Can’t wait for Breakaways!

Great book with another great adventure!

This is such a fantastic series!! Olivia, Harry, Evan, Raul, Lucas and Mason are always looking for adventure, and they seem to find it. It's so wonderful how loyal and supportive they all are to each either...what a great relationship they have! So the trip from South Africa to Span was much more interesting that they had planned, but they finally made it. Can't wait to see what's next!

Love this series

I absolutely love this series. This one was a TAD disappointing compared to the others but I still enjoyed it. Also maybe it’s just me.... but the way it was written I constantly had a feeling something was about to happen. Like the du nu du nu from jaws?😂😂😂😂 like I said maybe it’s just me. Can’t wait for breakaways!!

I love how they go from one adventure to another. Nothing stops them.

Well, this one was somewhat strange, although I appreciated the twist with Paul-- it was the only real solution. I love the new relationship dynamics and the addition of kids to the mix. Can't wait for the final book in the series to see how Harlem wraps things up.

** Cliffhanger-ish Warning!** This book is so good! It's part four of an amazing series. There's still plenty of fast-paced, fun, and sexy action. This series is like a whirlwind adventure combined with a dramatic romance. This time the crew of Temptress finishes their work in Africa, deals with a few relationship issues, takes care of a leopard, and foists an abduction. I like how the most exciting parts are in the first half of this installment. The way the series is broken up, it is sometimes hard to tell when each book should end, and a new one should begin.

I like how things wrap up in Kaskum. Olivia is still learning how to handle being in a polyandrous relationship. It makes for some interesting drama. I also love how the crew takes on another adventure, after the hospital has been completed and staffed, because I don't want the story to end. The current journey is less dangerous than the first, but some of the guys are stowing away while Olivia and a few of them work. They are doing everything what they need to in order to stay together.

The book ends with reaching their destination, but the story doesn't end there. It's obvious that there will be more things to tackle and more goals to achieve. I'm excited to see more of Raul's life in Spain, what happens with those children, and what happens with the unconventional relationship.
