This book is an essential piece for those that want to make some changes to how productive their lives are.

Jeffrey Sterling lists all the things he does with his time. Yet, he tends to have more time than necessary. The common man would be swamped with all the activities. He isn't. Why? It is all about efficiency.

This book is a step by step tome produced for the sake of maximizing one's time. And there are many many things that need to exist in order to achieve efficiency. Whether it is being productive, organized, or knowing when your activities aren't producing anything, awareness of what is(not) working is essential.
