I won this book in a Goodreads giveaway. My opinion is just that...mine, and completely unbiased.

Ms. Cross has a knack for writing about topics that most of us don't even want to think about. Kudos to her for tackling these subjects in a humorous, thoughtful and insightful way.

A humorous, thoughtful, and insightful look at living with and understanding ileostomies. Cross explains the different terminology of all the supplies needed for ostomies, talks about self care, sex/pregnancy, stress, and more. An excellent introduction for any recent ostomate!
