The worst book on coaching I have ever read, and I have read many. I don't need profanity in my book and mentioning Tony Robbins is not going to help your case.

But what really killed the book and caused me to delete it is the chapter on drugs. I don't need drugs to be a better coach, I'm doing fine with coffee, thank you very much.

Additionally, the Audible audiobook sounds like it was narrated by Microsoft Sam text-to-speech: unnatural pronunciations and arbitrary stops mid-sentence abound.

Short, simple and practical, very niche and focused on giving value to people starting a coaching business. Nice that it's pointing to resources that you can use to go deeper in certain topics. Giving it 3 stars because it felt a little basic and superficial at times, I like content that goes deeper. Given that it won't take you much time to read it, might be worth giving it a go, it does give some great ideas and resources.

A waste of time. Over an hour into the audiobook version and he was still talking about his philosophies in life. The way he was narrating was so boring I fell asleep twice. This guy just loves the sound of his own voice. The book could have been condensed but the author decided to pad all sorts of topics in it. I would never ever suggest anyone read this book. I would not recommend it even to my worse enemies. Pure torture to read or listen to.

This book is a masterpiece!

Whether you're already a coach or just starting, I believe this book will be a good guide for your coaching practice and business.

You'll get to know more about you, about your methodology and about your business. From tapping into your inner self all the way to making sales.

I found the book easy to read and not complicated and the ideas are very clear and informative.

Ajit and Neeta did a good job with this book.

On my side, I really suggest the book for those looking to be extraordinary coaches.

A very interesting book with a lot of information packed within its pages. It's a business course in itself and guides you to become the best version of a coach you can be. Actionable throughout with simple exercises (not necessarily easy). My only detraction was that the link to the book's resources page doesn't work so there's a lot of material which now seems unavailable. I have contacted Mindvalley to find out what's happened. There are also a lot of other links in the book so, if you're listening on audio, you'll need to pause often to make notes (tricky while driving).

I received this book in pdf format from Mindvalley in a promotion they had for something I did with them - I can’t remember what.

Anyway, this book is great for a coach in the beginning stages of building business and it pours into the reader’s belief system that they are enough for this amazing adventure of coaching.

I highly recommend it. So glad I finally stopped and took the time to read it. My only disappointment was that the links to the free resources and training - none of them are active anymore. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Love the book! Will definitely recommend it to others!

There's a coach I know. Let's call him Jack.
Jack has been coaching for 10 years and he's successful. He makes over a quarter of a million dollars a year. He works with companies where he coaches and consults their highest level executives.
Things look perfect on the surface but there's more to it than meets the eye.
Jack's been stuck at the quarter million mark for 5, long years now. He's not having financial issues. I mean, $250,000,00 a year? No complaints, right?

No es un manual. Es un texto de estilo reflexivo, lleno de ejercicios sencillos, para pensar como coach: ¿en qué momento de mi negocio estoy? ¿A dónde quiero llegar? ¿Qué estoy dispuesto para lograrlo?

Aunque las reflexiones son buenas, tienen razón aquellis críticos que subrayan que es un libro básico, muy útil para quienes apenas se acercan al coaching.

It is a book meant to give you clarity and direction as a coach. I recommend it since it is an easy read if you are just starting as a coach. You will not discover anything groundbreaking, just a few solutions on how to organize your thinking as a coach and how to start your coaching business right.

A transformative guide for elevating one's coaching practice. The concept of the "3 Ps" (Passion, Purpose, and Potential) and the emphasis on "Heart-Centered Coaching" are standout lessons that offer practical, impactful strategies. Though some sections are a bit repetitive, the book is packed with valuable insights, making it an essential read for coaches

Practical and powerful

In this book starts by dealing with YOU which is really where coaching begins. In addition, there are so many resources in this book I’m not sure I Need any other books for a while.

This was a quick and easy read on different coaching methods, inspiration, business building, and more. Great for coaches just starting out. Tons of additional resources in the book from other books, courses, videos, etc.

mega easy to read, therefore I feel that it has less value than I expected it to have. I felt motivated afterwards to coach more and more. I got some confirmations on how I do things already. Nice additional content available such as videos and a free online program.

I have read numerous books on coaching and this is one of the best. The links and resources are also worth their weight in gold. A mist read for anyone coaching or pursuing a practice.

Brinda claridad práctica para realizar coaching a otras personas y empezar a brindar este servicio. Sin embargo, es muy flojo en varias áreas y no termina de brindar lo que promete.

This wasn't a book related to sports coaches but to individuals who deal with life coaches. While some information may be applied to sports not of real value to me.
