On His Knees is a quick read. Everything happens over a span of a few weeks. We're talking about insta-love. The kind of one that didn't sound dumb to me because Jamie and Alex really were a match made in heaven, at least I felt that way.
So, we have Jamie. After many failed relationships and on the verge of his 30 years old Jamie had an epiphany: he’ll never be satisfied with any woman until he admits what he needs…to submit and to be used—hard. With that in mind and with a friend’s little push, Jamie becomes a man on a mission, he goes in search of himself.
Bravely and fearlessly, Jamie was beautiful to watch. The guy really got off on pain. The sensations and feelings conveyed by him in this search left me dazzled. Feelzzzzzz and I was sold.
Alex McGarry is a 40-year old hardcore sadist. A jaded master, I must say and a bit tired of not having a permanent partner.
They met. They clicked. They meshed. Boom. Fire.

I promise, just this one rant: Alex was a psychiatrist FFS! What kind of behavior was that?!
I won’t say what went wrong. However, I’ll give my feelings. The last 15% was so childish and rushed that it gave me the impression that it was written by a completely different person. That’s it. I felt that this book was written up to 75% by a person and then this person had to leave for an emergency and handed this story, randomly, to somebody else to finish. This other person, had no clue what she/he was doing. No finesse. No tact. No skills. I’m so disappointed. It had so much potential and that pointless drama just killed it.
Below is a spoiler answer to a friend about my feelings, in case somebody else asks:

Wellllll this sucks.
I had high hopes going in since I'd read (and really liked) Kaye before plus kink! It's glitterkink though which I should've picked up on from the blurb. My bad. Glitterkink is not my jam. The protocols and honorifics were tolerable and it wasn't overly BDSM 101 but still... glitterkink. I like the subversiveness of the club being a former church, though. That made me titter. Blasphemy indeed.
There is one force play scene that was bad wrong in the best possible way. Many things are cursorily tried and/or mentioned kink-wise-D/s, spanking, CBT, face fucking and breath play, lite bondage and humiliation, forced orgasms with mentions of orgasm denial, electroplay and impact play-but none was very inspired or intense. There was nowhere near as much PAIN as I was hoping for from a book purportedly focused on SM.
The plot is straightforward new masochist and sub meets experienced sadist and dom who is 10 yrs his senior, their kinks align and they speed race to HEAsville. Like they were on an egg timer. Fans of instalove will be delighted by this story. I found it predictable, employing a standard romance algorithm.
It's rushed which stymied my connection to both of these characters despite having access to both of their perspectives. BOOM! Jaime realizes he's bisexual. His tattoo artist offhandedly calls him a masochist and offers to set him up with a friend who's part owner of Blasphemy and BOOM! Jaime's a card carrying masochist. Master Alex shows him around on his inaugural visit and BOOM! he's ready for him to pound his virgin ass into submission. Then BOOM! Jaime's taking a fat cock like champ in every orifice and even some monster dildos too.
You don't want to maybe... take a breath first? I do. I need a minute. Fast forwarding through all those major life changing events not only felt unrealistic, but I felt like I was missing all the good stuff. Like development of... everything.
On His Knees is BDSM fantasy. Those who like their kink to be realistic are not going to like this. It's a quick read that's low on angst and can be read as a standalone with storytelling reminiscent of Cherise Sinclair, so if you're a fan of hers you'll probably like this.
Some positives are they have some sweet moments, I liked how tactile they were and they have chemistry, so I was leaning towards 3 stars until the conflict which was hellafuck juvenile and stupid. I can deal with some piss poor communication but this was NEXT LEVEL ridiculous, especially given that open communication is a pillar of BDSM.
Sadly, this was not super successful for me but I think the cat's out of the bag that I'm a picky bitch. There are already a multitude of glowing reviews for it so feel free to ignore me.
Recommend to fans of glitterkink, instalove and Cherise Sinclair.

I’m in this happy reading mood at the moment where I like almost all the books. So it could be when I reread this at another time I will like it less, but for now, I liked this.
Jamie is 29 years old and can’t figure out why all his relationships seem doomed from the start. When his last girlfriend breaks up with him, he is tired of the never ending cycle of finding a woman to start a mediocre relationship with.
When he gets tattooed, his friend who is tattooing him calls him a masochist. And that makes Jamie think. Yes, he does like pain. Could that be why all his relationships fail? When he gets introduced to a Dom through a friend, he decides to see what turns his crank.
Alex is a sadist, but he can’t seem to find that one perfect sub. When he meets Jamie and shows him around the club, he sees so much eagerness in the other man, he really wants to be the one to show Jamie the ropes. But Jamie has never been with a man and is totally new to the whole BDSM world. But Alex still can’t resist him….
The relationship between these men was surprisingly sweet. Yes, they are into the heavier stuff the BDSM lifestyle has to offer (pain play, breath play, non-consensual role-playing), but they constantly talked about it. These guys communicated about their wants and needs. And it felt like a match made in heaven. Or the BDSM dungeon.
There was definitely a lot of insta-love going on, since they fell in love in just a short couple of weeks, but it worked for me anyway.
There was some fabricated angst near the end (which I hate), but that resulted in some hurt/comfort, which I liked. So I was okay with it, although I could have done without it.
Overall a nice, hot BDSM story that kept me intrigued til the end.

There he goes. He gets an introduction at the club by Master Alex...
Sadist Alex is blown away by the beautiful natural submissive Jamie.
When they both scene together Alex ask him "come back tomorrow night"
They are more than compatible and all the scenes are just wonderful. And the question is asked every night.
Alex learns Jamie everything... Alex even dares to think about the future...
Until Jamie makes a mistake.... and everything is over.... cut of... over...
Jamie has to show contrition... he just has to....the only way he knows...
God oh god this was all beautiful and heartbreaking and wonderful and breathtaking and I can't get enough of it. I cried because it touched me really deep. Feelings all over. The building up had such an impact... it shattered my heart, until it was mend again...
Written in a wonderful touching, moving way. Both men given strong personalities and convincing characters. They were made for each other. The environments excellent done the whole story was captivating as fuck so good. High five for the end YES!!

On His Knees was the fourth book in Laura Kaye’s Blasphemy series.
Alex McGarry was a Psychiatrist. Alex was one of the co-owners, Master Dominants and a sadist at Blasphemy, a BDSM club. He had been one of the founders who loved the life but lately, at forty, was feeling unsettled and unfulfilled. He wanted to settle down but couldn’t find a submissive that fit.
Jamie Fielding was an attorney and was just coming off another relationship failure where he couldn’t figure out why he felt so empty in relationships. He turned to his tattoo artist for yet another tattoo where he thrived on the pain when he was referred to Blasphemy for exploring his masochistic feelings.
The storyline was focused on two men who had unfulfilled needs that even they weren’t fully aware. It was a very interesting - and enjoyable - educational experience watching Jamie realize what worked for him and what didn’t. As a result, the scene after his tattoo was a favorite of mine. The contrite snow scenes also worked for me.
All in all, it was a quick, enjoyable, thought provoking, entertaining and sweet read. Next up, and not out yet, is Blasphemy founder and Master Dominant Hale O’Keeffe in Switching for Her.

Everything was fine with this book, albeit ridiculously rushed, until the ending. I’m not sure how much MM romance Kaye writes, but Alex committed the worst LGBTQ sin (rushing someone’s coming out. Ok, the worst is outing someone, so maybe the second worst sin). Warning, discusses ending in detail so full of spoilers.
Jamie discovered his sexuality a hot minute ago. He is also exploring a new kink. It’s been two weeks since he first set foot in the club and for the second week he’s been at home visiting family so he and Alex have been together a week in real terms. Alex hasn’t even said I love you, but this selfish POS, Alex, expects Jamie to burn every bridge he has for someone who, up until the night before, hadn’t even invited Jamie to his house (heretofore all play was at the club). He is childish and bratty and it’s disturbing that he’s not only a Dom, he’s an owner of Blasphemy. He cuts Jamie off viciously for not immediately coming out to everyone even though, as I said, they’ve known each other a week and haven’t said I love you. He then displays cavalier disregard for Jamie’s safety night after night allowing him to endanger himself, and refuses to listen to him or see him. Only going out to see Jamie when he realises Jamie has done what he wanted (came out), Alex just didn’t realise it.
How is this a HEA, I cannot be even remotely happy that Jamie is with a Dom who is, at best, an infant playing dress up, at worst, potentially abusive, manipulative, self-absorbed and demanding. He has demonstrated that he has zero tolerance for mistakes. Jamie is head over heels, that poor man will never feel safe, despite their throwaway conversation about accepting each other will make mistakes. Alex doesn’t have the emotional maturity for that. He should not be a Dom and the fact that none of his friends, and fellow Doms, can not see he should not have that position is disturbing.
Books like are why people think BDSM is licensed partner abuse. Alex is no Dom. He’s a little boy play acting. In any other book, Alex would be the villain, the cautionary tale, the abusive Dom the sub escapes from on his path to true love and a sane, safe BDSM relationship.

I haven't read any of the other books in this series but I don't think it made any difference to be honest.
This book was hot as a volcano but it also had a deep emotional connection between Alex and Jamie which was delightful to read. The author also extends a gentle hand when dealing with the BDSM as it can sometimes be difficult to get across the need for the pain and humiliation.
In this, Jamie is resigned to never finding the deep emotional connection he sees others having in their relationships when a chance conversation with a friend during a tattoo session sends him to Blasphemy.
But Alex is also searching for something meaningful and when he finds an eager Jamie who ticks all his sadistic tendencies, it's a match made in Heaven.
There are hiccups on the way, but a misunderstanding is dealt with through Alex's fellow Dom's making him see how much he's hurting Jamie and the epilogue is wonderful.

BEST OF THE SERIES! God, I absolutely LOVE this series! Laura Kaye has done it again! She has brought ME to my knees with her latest installment in the ever-so-SEXY Blasphemy Series! ON HIS KNEES tells the story of self-discovery, acceptance, and forgiveness. From the very moment Jamie and Alex locked eyes, SPARKS FLEW and I was a complete goner! Emotional from start to finish, I wanted to absorb every single word, every single chapter, every single moment between these two characters. My heart ached and burst for these two and I wanted to crawl through the pages of the book and give them both big hugs and kisses and tell them it’s all going to be okay.
The absolute rawness that shown through the pages set my soul on fire! Even though Jamie and Alex’s story brought on a constant ache in my chest, that doesn’t mean I didn’t love the hell out of that feeling. For an author to bring me to the very top and then to the very bottom, only to fill my heart with so much pride and joy by the end, speaks volumes for that author’s talent. And Laura Kaye has it in spades! She NEVER disappoints, constantly bringing us characters that are almost impossible not to fall in love with!

The Blasphemy family is something I will always cherish and NEVER forget! I never want to say goodbye to these characters OR this world. Huh? I'm not sure how I enjoyed this one so much...because it was painfully SUPERFICIAL. I fear it somehow reflects on my character that I'm going to round up. :)

The elements of a stellar read were all here, people! I'm sad to say that the author didn't bother to include most of them though.

I feel that if I hadn't been forewarned about the lameness of the final 25% or so (because yes, it was extremely lame!), I would have judged this one a lot harsher. Expecting the worst, definitely lessened the blow - consider yourself warned!

*a fleshed out plotFor all its superficiality, On His Knees did have some great moments, especially for this smut-loving girl. Jamie and Alex were complete strangers, yet somehow the author produced some amazingly hot, kinky, and most importantly, intimate sex scenes between them. I really believed they had feelings for one another - they were just so perfect together. I especially loved the way Alex helped Jamie settle into his own skin.
*a believable timeline for their relationship to grow
*a believable introduction to S&M and M/M for Jamie
*actual dialogue between the MC's
*believable conflict near the end (God, it was laughable)
*a believable ending
Jamie far preferred understanding and accepting his own deviance than being a stranger to himself who couldn't connect with others.It's too bad the rest of the story wasn't as well written.

Holy smokes…On His Knees by Laura Kaye completely blew me away. THIS BOOK….wow, seriously I have no words. Yes, this book is not your conventional cookie cutter romance but WHAT THIS BOOK was about was exploring and seeing a different kind of passion. A passion and intensity that explores BDSM on an emotional and physical connection. I don’t want to spoil the book but I will just say this love story is about finding yourself and acceptance. So if you are looking for a book that explores a sexual awakening and takes it into a whole new light and perspective then I HIGHLY urge you to read this book. Trust me when I tell you Laura Kaye has truly outdone herself with the story of Jamie and Alex. Her writing was an emotional flawless masterpiece. A must read!

I've been a fan of Laura Kaye's writing for years now and I'm pretty sure I've read & loved everything she's ever published but I have to say her Blasphemy series is probably my favourite. She manages to create such intense emotional connections between her characters and they always have such fantastic chemistry. Throw in the BDSM elements and these stories just get hotter and hotter so even when the kinks the characters take part in aren't necessarily ones I'd be into myself I never fail to enjoy their stories anyway.
Jamie and Alex are both fantastic characters and apart from a misunderstanding towards the end that I felt was dragged out a bit more than needed I really enjoyed their story. Jamie desperately wants to find love and settle down but no matter how great the women he meets are he's never found himself completely satisfied in a relationship, especially in the bedroom. He never considered himself either bisexual or a masochist until a friend makes a chance comment but as soon as he starts to think things through he starts to understand exactly what has been missing all these years. His character goes on quite a journey of sexual awakening but it came across as totally natural and I loved the way he was so willing to explore his fantasies and how he was brave enough to go for what he wanted.
Alex is one of the twelve owners and Masters of Blaspheme, he's a Dominant and a sadist who loves to play but is also looking for a long term relationship. He's always made it a rule never to play with inexperienced submissives, especially ones as completely new to the BDSM scene as Jamie, but when he is giving Jamie his introduction to the club their kinks are so closely aligned that it's pretty much impossible to resist. Alex loves being the one to introduce Jamie to the heights of the lifestyle but that isn't all their relationship is about and I appreciated getting to see them spending time together away from the club just talking and getting to know each other better. They fitted together in so many ways which made it incredibly easy to root for them as a couple.
On His Knees is another scorching hot instalment to the series and it's one I'd highly recommend. You don't have to be familiar with the previous books as they all work as standalone stories but they're all so good that you really don't want to miss out. If you happen to be a fan of the author's Hard Ink series then you might appreciate a bonus appearance from a certain tattoo artist and his husband too!

IMO this book demonstrates manslaughter of a good idea. Such a shame because On His Knees could have been a fantastic book. So what went wrong? Lots I think and for the sake of my sanity I’ll just list some of them. For a start the author rushed everything and I mean everything, there was little character development, insta love, diving in at the kink deep end, coming out with no resolution, a psychiatrist who behaved like a twelve year old having a tantrum and the most pointless epilogue I’ve ever read. Then as if it’s not rushed enough it finishes at 84%. I think that about covers it. Enough said.
Dissenting opinion? Hell yes, several friends liked this more than me. Thanks to Jan for posting a great visual in one of her updates (that gif got me through to the end of the book.) Mrs grumpy has left the building...

Sevdim! İko'yu şok ettim ama cidden sevdim :D Kitabı Kübra ve İlknur'dan görünce listeye aldım. Galiba uzun zamandır M/M okumuyordum ama bence bu tür için gerçekten güzeldi.
Jamie 30 yaşına gelmiş ama ilişkilerinde aradığı heyecanı bulamamış bir adam. Gittiği dövmeci "mazoşistler en sevdiğim müşterilerimdir" dediğinde zihninde bir ışık çakıyor. O zamana kadar bu ihtimali göz önüne almamış çünkü. Neyse işte kendisi araştırıyor, hoşuna ne gidiyor ne gitmiyor. Mazoşist olabileceğine karar veriyor. Ve erkeklerden hoşlanıyor olabileceği ihtimalini de göz önünde tutuyor. Araştırma baabında yolu Blasphemy'ye düşüyor. Daha da anlatırsam kitabı anlatmış olacağım, kısacık çünkü :D

Burada Jamie bir şeylerin eksikliğinin farkında, 15-20 sene kadınlarla birlikte olduktan sonra "ay ben aslında kadınları hiç sevmiyormuşum ben gay'mişim" demedi ve krallar listesine giriş yaptı :D Adam gayet "Ben kadınlardan da erkeklerden de hoşlanıyorum" dedi, oturdu araştırdı (araştırmadan kasıt da porno yalnız ajhgsadghv) ve mantıklı bir şekilde düşünerek daha da fazla bu hayat tarzını öğreneyim dedi. İkisi çok tatlılardı. Jamie'nin naif ama kararlı oluşu, Alex'in aradığı heyecanı ve istikrarı onda buluşu falan derken sevdim kendilerini. Daha uzun olsa, daha zamana yayılsa tabii daha iyi olurdu ama bir oturuşta okunup bitecek, akılda o kadar da soru bırakmayan güzel bir kitaptı bence :D
I loved! I shocked Iko, but I really liked it. I got it on the list when I saw the reviews from Kubra and İlknur. I think I wasn't reading M / M for a long time, but I think it was really beautiful for this genre.
Jamie is a man who has reached the age of 30 but has not found the excitement he wants in his relationships. The tattoo artist he goes to says, "masochists are my favorite customers", and a bulb lights in his mind. Until then, he did not consider this possibility. Anyway, he starts to search about this, about what he likes and not. He decides he can be a masochist. And he takes into consideration of the possibility that he might like men. And this research directs him to Blasphemy. If I tell you more, I will be telling you the whole book because it is really a short story :D
I liked the characters very much. In M / M novels, what I am most scabious is to discovering sexuality part, when it happens so fast. Here, Jamie is aware of the lack of things, and after 15-20 years with the women he did not say "I do not really like women anymore, I'm gay" and that made him a king in my book. :D The guy said very well, "I like women and men too" and started researching (and by research I mean porn ajhgsadghv) and said to study this lifestyle even more thinking in a logical way. The two were very sweet. I liked Jamie's naive but determined nature, Alex's excitement and finding the stability he was searcing in him. If it would be any longer, it would have been better if it was spreading over time, but I think it is a good book that does not leave such a question in mind :)

The story starts off with a nice amount emotional pain and loneliness. Loved the scene at the tattoo artist's! Sparks fly between these two when they meet, and the chemistry is off the charts. Other reviewers speak of insta-love and although the pair fall in love quickly, there are reasons for it to feel believable. Their hearts were just so open and ready for love.
Up until the final chapters this superb emotional and steamy romance was a 4.5 star read, but the 'final obstacle' the couple runs into and the resolution was a major letdown. It felt rushed, OTT melodramatic and contrived, the actions and reactions of Alex especially. So strange, like the author just wanted the book to be over as quickly as possible. The writing of plot and characters in the last section I can only give 2 stars. That said, the disappointing finale shouldn't scare potential readers away from this book because most of it is really good.
Side note: The Kindle book ends at 85%, the rest consisting of promotion about other books by the author. Perfectly normal to have a few pages of promo, but in this book it was page after page of blurbs and excerpts. 15% of promo became annoyingly much and falsely lead me to believe the story would be longer than it was.

This is a novella, so obviously things happened at warp speed, but the sexy was hot, the men were endearing, the big miscommunication and its resolution caught me in the feels and did I mention that the sex was hot?! ;)
This book falls in the middle of an M/F series and has a brief scene with characters from another of Kaye's series (Hard Ink), but you won't be lost if you only read this one.

Gay romance'i seviyorum arkadaşım... Çoğu romance kitabına yeri geliyor bin basıyorlar, bu da kendi türleri arasında güzeldi.
Yani sonuçta kısa bir kitap olduğu için kısa kitaplar arasında değerlendirdim. Türüne göre değerlendirdim ve 4 yıldızı layık gördüm :D Uzun da güzel olurmuş ama bu :))

It's a well written book and for the first sex scene, it's pretty hot and well written if you can suspend disbelief that anyone would engage in their first male anal sexual encounter in that kind of role play and that a psychiatrist would participate in that even if he is a sadist. After that, the sex scenes are all implied without any real detail except for one more short public scene. However, they do have sex everyday for 5 days, we just only get told about how hot it was, we don't get to be a voyeur to it. VERY disappointing.
Hot sex is a great detail in a book like this, let's face it, it's a big part of why we pick books like this to read...but in this case and most others that are trying to tell a story and not be PWP...it's not enough to carry the book, especially when it's mostly all tell and no show. So for what the book should have and could have been, it was waaaaaay too short and too rushed to be enjoyable.
We really don't get to know Jaime or Alex that well. There is a lot of telling in this book about the men getting to know each other but it's all crammed into what seems to be about 19 days, 6 of which Jaime is out of town and the first 4 when Jaime doesn't even know Alex yet..... He literally spends 3 days figuring out he might be a masochist, then from kink and gay sex total newbie to hard core masochist in 5 days, (including whipping, etc) has a 6 day break, a 1 day reunion, and a 3 day break up.... . Jaime and Alex go from complete and utter strangers to in love and committed in 17 days and talking about moving in together. I think people can and do fall in love in short periods, maybe even "love at first sight", but with this type of intense sexual awakening, I'm not sure that anyone was making real healthy decisions and Alex as a Psychiatrist should have been much more concerned about the pace of the relationship than he was. This book should have taken the time to let us see much, much, more about their connection and relationship.
I should also add that near the end, Alex is really the worst kind of Dom. He totally expects something from Jaime in public without any kind of discussion and when he doesn't get it, he drops him immediately, gives Jaime no time to explain, leaves him in unsafe conditions for several nights and only after he feels maybe there is an acceptable excuse for Jaime's behavior does he think to "forgive" him. Frankly, at that point, Jaime really should have been rethinking that relationship and it makes me feel even more sure that the obsession Jaime has with Alex is not healthy.
And the epilogue...I don't get the dates for the Rio de Janeiro announcement being like 3 years until they get home.... Do they live in Rio all that time? As an owner of Blashemy, did Alex sell out and move? WTH? That was a really messed up way to end the story.
And finally, this ebook ends at 84%...the rest is all info about prior books. Be warned.

To say this story is hot is like saying Mt. Everest is a hill. And it is far more a short story than even a novella. But having said that, it is still a good read.
Alex, a Dominant and Sadist, is approaching 40 and feeling the lack of having a special person in his life. When a scene with a female submissive goes bad, he realizes how lackluster his life has gotten-until Jamie walks into his club.
Reeling from a breakup with his girlfriend, Jamie has just come to realize that he is a masochist-and bi-sexual. The connection between the two men is instant-and scorching. But both bring emotional baggage to the relationship-can they move past the baggage and become a couple?
I loved Jamie. He was brave, assertive about what he wanted while still being respectful, and willingly admits when he makes a mistake. I disliked Alex as much as I liked Jamie. I found him essential cold, controlling, and unforgiving. He finally admits his mistake, but it takes him much too long to realize and rectify it. As the more experienced partner, he should have had more compassion and understanding.
Even so, the writing was strong enough that I will be looking for more books by this author. Expect some steamy, rough, man on man action, some edgier BDSM play, and an emotional connection that is the hallmark of a really good writer.

Laura Kaye's books aren't one that i'm a stranger to - i've had the chance to read quite a few from her [mostly] Blasphemy and Raven Riders series, which are incredibly different from one another. When it comes to her Blasphemy series, there's just something about the 12 masters draws you in and makes you generally curious to know more about the men and women who make up the BDSM family of the club.
Sadly, i don't remember reading about Alex in past instalments of the series, but there's no denying that after reading On His Knees, there's no way i could possibly forget him now. While he may be incredibly sadistic, he's also the type of man trying to find where he fits in when it comes to someone's life. Jamie was a surprise - like so many of the women he's dated, i half expected him to be the dominant type of man, even if he does get off on pain.
This book did pique my curiosity - about how far an individual will go to get what they crave and how far another will push to test the limits without entirely breaking the other.
While my curiosity may have been raised when it came to Alex and Jamie, this story also make me more than a little excited to finding out whose story we'll get next and i truly look forward to Laura Kaye's next Blasphemy book!

This was fabulous. The gorgeous cover and blurb drew me in, but the story grabbed and held me until the end. The author did a great job helping the reader understand the mindset of both a man newly realizing both that he's a masochist AND bisexual as well as a sadist Dom who is growing lonely and weary of the way his life is going. Their chemistry was instant and explosive.
The way the inevitable conflict was resolved was beautiful. It actually brought me to tears, as I was so invested in the characters by then that it felt PERSONAL to me.
I loved this book - I just wished it had been a little longer. The last 15% of the book or so is filled with previews and blurbs for her other works, though sadly for me (since I only read MM now), most are MF. I'm going to seek out the other MM she's written, and hope for more in the future!

4 stars. Well that was entertaining. Very hot and dirty smut which I loved and the characters were pretty great until they both became dumbasses at the end there for the sake of having a last minute breakup that was extremely unnecessary and forced.
I liked Jamie and his determination to learn the lifestyle and what exactly it is that he likes and I liked Alex quite a bit. It's a really short book so everything happens fast, which I didn't mind because the writing was strong and the chemistry between them is definitely there. I even liked the side characters but man like I said the last two chapters were just so forced only for it to be wrapped up with a nice bow really quickly. I didn't like it at all. It was a really stupid misunderstanding and both of them acted like fucking babies about it.
Overall, it's a fun, quick read with great self discovery and Bi-rep but I wasn't blown away by it and the ending was a let down. I do want to read the other books in this series though.

A light-fun-well written-sexy read. I Started this book with some serious trepidation. But I liked it. Both MC’s were strong and knew their mind. I wanted an epilogue but as this is a series i can see why there wasn’t one. I liked the ‘scenes’ in this book as it was consensual and both of them was really in to it. No hard and sour after effect feelings for readers.

4.5 Well that was friggin hot as hell stars! I loved these two guys together and I feel like the BDSM element was written brilliantly compared to some other books I've read.
