Note: I just finished The Prep-And-Go Keto Diet Slow Cooker Cookbook: For Rapid Weight Loss And A Healthier Lifestyle 70 Easy And Delicious Ketogenic Diet Crock Pot Recipes With A Healthy 14-Day Meal Plan( Low Carb Diet). Wow ,what great recipes. Several different meats . And desserts. You’ll be making one of everything.

Great book and recipes

Loved the recipes. Will be sure and try them all. The directions are clear and easy to follow. I recommend this book.

Unappetizing

Most recipes did not sound good. This book is more strict than some of the other ones. A few good desserts
