That's right I first wrote my name at the age of two and I've been writing ever since. Growing up I always felt invisible. I suffered from that 'Middle Child Syndrome', so when my voice wasn't heard, I made my own story.
My journal and my pen became my companion. I would write stories where my characters looked like me (thick, tall, and pretty), they loved to read, was educated, and realistic. The older I got the more my imagination grew, which caused my stories to be more diverse.
Becoming an author came about in an unintentional way. I've been through many things in my adult life. My husband, who's my backbone, has always admired my strength. We suffered a devastating loss, our daughter. My husband urged me to tell my story, to be a light for someone else. I took him up on his advice and wrote my pains and truths.
I love weaving stories, touching readers with relatable characters and situations. I give life lessons, unconditional love, dedication, a little crazy, and a whole lot of truth. I have a saying that I live by; 'I don't just write books;I tell stories'.

This was a great 2 book series. Jermayne went thru a lot of changes @ the hands of her evil mom & crazy aunt. Sigmund' s acts were treacherous, miserable fella. Odell was a funny dude. Zack was definitely who Jermayne needed in her life. Storyline held my attention as love prevailed for those who really deserved it. Nice ending

I'm so emotional right now. I can't believe how vindictive her mom is and how vindictive Sigmund became. I'm so glad that God bless me with a loving and opinionated mom, but I won't talk about the opinionated part right now because my mom is cray, cray. Lol! Anyway, I'm very proud of Jermayne, she stood her ground and didn't allow herself to stoop to their level of hatred. Jermayne is such a caring and beautiful soul, even after all the things her mom, aunt and Sigmund had done she still blessed them demons with her presence and Sigmund with words of wisdom as well. Hell yea! I would've handle the situation in almost the same manner, because it's the positive reaction you want not a negative one. Plus, I know God was definitely on her side because of the way she carried herself, along with the support from her soul mate, family and friends. The statement God works in mysterious ways is so true because he made away for her true love to step right in in to become her protector. Zack was a champ throughout this whole ordeal. He supported Jermayne without causing unnecessary confrontation until the end. Baby that man showed out. This brings me to my favorite part, the wedding when Sigmund thought he had Jermayne and Zack whooped his everlasting ass and Jermayne's mom got the beat down of her life by Zack's mom. Loved it! I have to say there was so much love, patience and understanding shown in this story that I understand why it's important to be humble. I'm glad everyone especially Odell, Stedmon and Summer are happy and found their happily ever afters. What lessons learned. Great Read! ReneeG 👍

Book 2 moved at a great pace and was on go form.page one. It gave us just a enough new bits to freshen up the story but kept the original story line moving. Sigmund was another horrible human being and I was so over him acting like he was 3 and not 30. Zack was a book bae and I was so excited when Jermayne got her self together. Loved Odell and his spirit. Great book2 and enjoyed the read.

Bobbie Jean was really a piece of work, instead of sisters her and Martha Jean should of been mother and daughter. Now Sigmund he got exactly what he deserved how the hec are you mad at Jermayne you messed up not her.

What a ride...
What a great storyline...Jermayne has been through so much..Her momma needed to be handled and that Deen Sigmund needed to let go. He lost her because he was selfish and insecure. Zack was everything. I truly believe in soul mates...great series, great ending.

Kendra didn’t disappoint!! Sigmund was a fool!!Loved, Loved, Loved that Jermayne got her HEA. Zack showed up at the right time!! Bobbie was something else! Love Odell and Summer’s relationship. No words can explain Jermaynes moms actions!!

Love hate
This series was full of hate, jealousy and surprises. Sigmund really fooled me. As a mother Martha Jean didn't deserve to live. The highlight of her day was hurting Jermayne. I really enjoyed this series.

Reads like somethings missing... The story moved along and was good to follow but it feels like something is missing from the read. Not sure what but the ending didn't do it for me.
