The Lost Men of Atlantis by N. R. Larry She’s the high priestess of the seven seas. They’re her familiars. After failing to assassinate the sea king, Zarya is on the run. Rift Spun by Margo Bond Collins Arachno-mage Rhiann plans to use the magic of the Rift to take down the ruling Archmage Prime, a necromancer who killed her family. To do that, she’ll need to find three men willing to become her familiars—one shifter, one demon, and one angel. Lucky for her, she won’t have to choose only one.
USA Today, Wall Street Journal, and New York Times bestselling author Margo Bond Collins is a former college English professor who, tired of explaining the difference between "hanged" and "hung," turned to writing romance novels instead. She now writes urban fantasy, paranormal romance, and science fiction romance. Sometimes her heroines kiss aliens, sometimes they kill monsters. But they always aim for the heart.
Night Fire: A Reverse Harem Paranormal Romance Anthology--I'll admit I kind of cringed when I read Harem. I was thinking erotica at best (which I am not really into reading) and porn at the worse (something I also can do without) . But... some of the authors in this I really enjoy reading so I thought I would give it a shot. I was pleasantly surprised the heat rating goes from a little steamy to smoking so there was something for whatever you enjoy. The short stories mostly revolve around strong heroines in some sort of leadership role and the love they have for more than one man in their lives. Some of the stories have HEA and some appear to be the lead-ins to new series. The anthology really seems to cover all the bases as far as paranormal romance, so there really is something for everyone to enjoy. My voluntary and unbiased review is based upon a review copy.
I received Night Fire, a reverse harem anthology, from the author/publisher. The gifting did not determine the review/rating, which reflects my honest opinion. Overall, I enjoyed most of the stories, although they seemed to have been edited by different people as one story was riddled with typos and missing words. Some of the stories were intriguing enough I'll be looking for more books by those authors (and I know one I'll avoid). A nice sampler.
I highly recommend this set if you enjoy reverse harem romances. I really enjoyed each story. It made me want to read more about the characters. They are each short stories and some continue in other books by the authors. It is a great way to discover new authors.
Vampires don't give Hickeys by Holly Ryan Its this author debute in RH genere with steamy elements. (Reallly steamy) I enjoyed reading it. It was insta love but in paranormal World everything is possible right? Adult scenes are very desceiptive and enjoyable. Great First steamy story.
If you find the notion of poly armory intriguing, you will enjoy this anthology. It explores the idea with a single woman anchoring a group of lovers sharing life, love, and passion in varying circumstances. Enjoy the adventure!
