Marissa is the daughter of the vice president. She is missing an he is on the trail. It all ends happily.

I liked the story, but it saddened me as well because Grit is my favorite character from this series and his story was barely 32 pages and definitely not worth the money $1.99 that I paid for it! I bought it as a short story! It was a let down!

I didn't like this at all. The military theme bugged me, especially with the casual way it was addressed. The blatant disregard for PTSD especially bothered me. I love war movies and stories, but having it treated like it isn't a big deal isn't right.

Carla Neggers is a great romantic suspense author who grabs you right at the start and doesn't let you go till the end! Always great characters and plots with lots of twists & turns that make you stay up way past bed time! Can't wait for more books!
