God's Word places far more importance on the condition of the heart. The heart is the place of treasure in every person. Will one produce good or evil? It depends on the treasures, or things that a man has placed value on, or has stored in his heart. Jesus said "the good man out of the treasures of his heart produces good" (Luke 6:45). If God is so interested in the heart, we should be too.
