Good sales book but sometimes seems a bit redundant and narcissistic. Ignore those things and there are some great nuggets of info In this book and it Is a very easy read.

im not a salesman but i enjoyed the book for many of the ideas it presents which i feel like i can apply to more than just selling. but the second half of the book is pretty outdated (it covers a lot about the internet and social media) so i skimmed over it
