My heart is racing as I knock on his door. Jace Randall is the artist who inspired me to become an art critic, but he’s also an incredibly handsome billionaire who’s agreed to let me interview him. Then his door opens and I realize the photos of him don’t do him justice. The man in front of me is a dream, and as his eyes scan up and down my body, my mind goes blank when he utters the words, “How much?” Savannah Birch can’t get Jace out of her mind, and when she tries, she finds herself at the Gilded Cage. She’s almost as intrigued by what she finds at the BDSM club as she is by the man she wants to forget. No shirking violet when it comes to sex, she encounters a masked man who introduces her to a world she hardly knew existed. A world that might just be able to erase any thought of Jace Randall. Don't miss One Night Only, another steamy stand-alone novel in the Billionaire’s Muse series by M. S. Parker.

This is the third book in the Billionaire Muse World about a group of friends who frequent The Gilded Cage. Jace and Savannah's story was really good and full of twists and turns that kept me glued from start to end. It's told in both Jace and Savannah's POV. I loved how artist Jace fell for Savannah, the reporter who ended up his muse. Their romance went thru many trials and tribulations, twists and turns—I enjoyed how they met, how their love story unfolded and played out. Savannah was a strong character, sassy while Jace was alpha and dominant , used to getting his own way. Will they end up together or will Jace’s behavior cause them to break apart? This is a great story to read in the Billionaire Muse World series.

I really enjoyed this book even though Jace could be an ass at times. Savannah meets Jace and the connection is there and they hit it off but a little misunderstanding could ruin everything. I liked Jace & Savannah together and the ending was perfect for them.

Another great story... but once again too short

Book 3 of this Billionaire’s Muse series and now it’s the turn of Jace. He’s a renowned artist and so far we have known little about him. He’s quiet and reserved which possibly stems from his childhood.

Unlike Erik and Alice, Jace started our life poor and living with his single parent mum... barely scraping by. When she’d finally had enough she sought out his birth father... a wealthy billionaire who then took Jace under his wing.

It wasn’t the most loving of relationships, but his dad provided him with everything he could have needed or wanted. Even when he was discovered as an artist, he kept himself to himself and stayed out of the limelight. His close group of friends that he’d met at the Gilded Cage were his only confidants.

Now that two of them had found love and the other had just had his heart broken by a cheating ex... he’d started to wonder if he’d ever find or want to find someone to fill the void. He’d had his heart broken himself, and the only other woman in his life had abandoned him and shipped him off to live with a man he’d never met. Damaged by every woman he’d ever let into his heart, he kept his women distant... only seeking his release at the exclusive elite club that catered to a man with his particular sexual proclivities.

Until one day a reporter from a local art publication turns up to interview him. Savannah is petite and beautiful and Jace is immediately attracted to her. Despite an initial misunderstanding they hit it off well with an ease to their conversation, but their meeting is cut short. As she’s leaving Savannah notices a matchbook from the Gilded Cage in his kitchen. Intrigued as to what lies behind this mysterious artist she decides to check it out.

Instantly she realises that this isn’t your normal
Club and that particular evening is masquerade night.
Being of an inquisitive and sensual nature herself, instead of being shocked or repulsed, Savannah finds herself wanting to know more. She’s not afraid of a casual hook up, and the BDSM scene might just be what she’s been in search of. That’s when she spots a tall, handsome blond masked gentleman and she is drawn to to him. The electricity between them is strong and one thing leads to another and they end up in a private VIP room. Still masked, they enjoy an explosive encounter that neither one can get out of their head. But neither of them have an idea who the other is.

Suddenly full of much needed inspiration, Jace’s art starts to come to life again. His new muse giving him that much needed kick. His night at the club with his mysterious masked woman has lit a fire in his passion. When Savannah comes by to continue their interview, he is busy in his studio.

Topless and alluring she stands back to take him all in... noticing as he turns round the tattoo’d chest that she instantly recognises. He was her masked stranger... but too embarrassed to tell him she decides on a different course of action to reveal their identities to each other.

Initially, the plan seems to work and once again they find themselves lost in each other, but when her identity is revealed her plan backfires... massively. Jace accuses her of laying a trap for him to get dirt for her article and well... it all goes pear shaped!

From there on in, their relationship is fraught with misunderstandings, meddling ex’s, jealousy, miscommunication and a lack of trust... largely on Jace’s part. He might be gorgeous, but he can be frustratingly paranoid and exceedingly quick to jump to conclusions... and usually the wrong ones. Don’t get me wrong, I love Jace. He’s so sweet, caring and charismatic but he really can’t place his trust in a woman, understandably as every woman he’d been close to had hurt him beyond measure.

Anyway... the rest of the story is a bumpy ride of ups and downs with some interesting revelations. There is a fabulous happy ending which I hope to find out more as the series continues... but again, this book is far too short. Such great characters and adorable couples, I just don’t feel like I got enough. Felt very rushed and like the writers need to get to the next story was more important than developing these characters fully.

I really like this series and I know there’s 2 more books... but I would have liked more of them being together. Although I’m happy with the ending, I feel like a big chunk was missing.

This is the third book in this series about a group of rich alpha males that are elite members of the Gilded Cage. In this one, there is Jace, the temperamental artist who always must be in control. He has had a difficult life but art has always been his outlet. Then there is Savannah, a new reporter for an arts magazine. She wants to be an art critic and fell in love with art from an exhibition she saw of Jace's work. When she is given the opportunity to interview him she is over the moon. There is an immediate chemistry between the two but they are professional. She finds a matchbook for the Gilded Cage while she is at his home for the interview. When she goes to the club she meets a dark mysterious stranger who rocks her world. Little does she know it is Jace until later. It was only supposed to be one night, but they each want more. Will the secret she keeps from him and him from her break them apart? Will they be able to let go of their past issues and be together. This is a good one in the series. I enjoyed it, hope you do as well.

Another amazing story by M. S. Parker! Whenever I begin one of her stories, I make sure there's nothing on my schedule because I'm not moving until I'm done!!

Savannah is an art critic and gets to interview, a famous artist, Jace Randall. He was the one that made her want to be an art critic. Can she pull this interview off without coming across as a giddy fan? She gets herself together and knocks on his door and his greeting is "How much!?" Does he thinks she's a hooker? Talk about an ice breaker!!

Jace is in need of inspiration. He orders food and when a knock comes at his door and lets the woman in, he, of course, ask her how much. And then he realizes she isn't the delivery person. She takes it all in stride. Hmm....this girls is hot and Jace feels sparks between them!

Loved this book, of course!! Jace could be a total jerk, but overall, he was still a good guy. Loved Savannah, although I don't know why she put up with Jace sometimes! Absolutely, loved Elliott!!

This is book #3 in this series and I cannot wait to read more!!

There is nothing better than to realize that the man you admire and feel that you have a connection with, is that mystery man that gave you the night of your life showing you new ways of satisfying your cravings. I could say that Savannah is the lucky lady but I feel like Jace is actually the lucky one. Lucky he met her, lucky she was willing to give him a chance after his outbursts and lucky she has a good heart in general. That is why she becomes his muse and much more. He learns the hard way but he also works hard to keep her. Which is for the best because she is the best woman for him. With a lot of patience and willingness she shows him to let go of the anger burning inside and he becomes the perfect man for her. She is indeed a lucky girl to have a man that is so in zinc with her and her desires. If you want a lot of passion, then this is the book for you.

This was probably my most favorite MS Parker book so far. Her books are always alluring, interesting and steamy but this one really reeled me in. This is the third book in the Billionaire Muse World about a group of friends who frequent The Gilded Cage, a beautiful BDSM Club. Jace has lost his muse. His love for his art has waned and he can no longer focus enough to even paint anymore. Savannah is a reporter who loves art and has Jace in her sights....for an article that is. The chemistry from the moment they meet can be felt through the pages of the book. But as we all know, secrets can really break you, and previous heartbreaks and betrayal can linger, changing how you deal with anything in the present. Will these two be able to get past the walls that have been built?

I would love to know where MS Parker gets her cover photos, because lets face it, they are always hot, I have spent the afternoon licking one ab after another on Jace (lord they are just perfect).

Jace and Savannah's story was really good, how they meet and have an instant attraction to one another but Savannah does not act on it (would be unprofessional as she is writing and magazine article on him), but when she goes to the club and meets him while they are in disguise, oh boy the heat that they share, just wow.

My only issues with this book was how often Jace does not trust Savannah and she kept taking him back, I understand that she loves him but I had a hard time with this, otherwise this book was amazing.

Next book please

One Night Only turns out to not be enough for either Jace or Savannah in this steamy BDSM romance. The book blurb does a great job of describing what the story is about. There is a connection from the first moment they meet and they might get their happily ever after if Jace would quit messing up. How much is too much? How many times can he treat her badly and still find forgiveness? Some things even hot, kinky sex won't fix. Savannah is strong, confident, and kind-hearted. Jace is the dominant lover who has been betrayed by people close to him and is determined to keep his heart safe by sticking to his one night only rule until he meets Savannah. I couldn't put this book down. I loved the story, the people, and the steamy sex. Great writing by M.S. Parker. I loved it.

One Night Only (The Billionaire Muse 3)

I love to read BDSM. MS Parker is a master at writing it. She can write about it in clubs or simply happening between 2 people.
I liked Savanah. I especially liked it when she didn't take Jace's stuff or Bianca's. She could have rolled over and let people hurt her. The one that got me was when he kicked her out because his Mom called but she knew that his Mom had been calling him, why call her.
But Jace just kicked her out. Without warning as he had already done to her and almost lost her job.
Up until the end, I didn't think much about Jace. Even if he was a talented artist.
This is a MUST READ but different than the last two because you definitely will have negative feelings for Jace.

One Night Only Review

Savannah is doing a piece for a magazine on a local artist, Jace, whom inspired her to become an art critic. Jace has lost is vision and can’t seem to find the inspiration to create paintings for an art show coming up. They’re both instantly attracted to each other but neither will pursue their feelings for the sake of professionalism. One night they each randomly hook up with a stranger and maintain anonymity behind a mask, not knowing the identity or face of the other person. What they find out later shocks them both and misunderstandings are all they seem to experience.

I enjoyed reading the chemistry between Savannah and Jace. This is the third book in the Billionaire’s Muse but can b read as a stand-alone. No cliffy.

Caution – this is book 3 of interconnected characters.

I read this one first so it took me a few chapters to meet everyone and get them straight in my head.
I enjoyed the BDSM aspect of the story and the characters were pretty deep with their troubled pasts. There was a tad bit of the so many hits where Jace kept jumping to conclusions. Overall, I did like the story, but would have enjoyed that this was part of a series before starting.

This is the the third book in this series. This is Jace and Savannah’s story. Jace has major trust issues as he’s been deceived and betrayed in the past. Savannah goes to do an interview with him as she’s a journalist and he has an art show coming up soon. There is an instant attraction and connection between them. They both ignore it and keep things professional. They then both meet at the club when it’s a masquerade week and have an instant physical attraction to each other, but don’t recognise each other due to the masks. When Savannah realises its him that she slept with things get complicated.

Really enjoyed their story. Plenty of goose bumps through this book.

I am pretty sure One Night Only is my favorite of all the books in the Billionaire's Muse Series!! Jace & Savannah are so sexy and interesting, separate and together!! Jace is an artist who has lost all his inspiration. Savannah is an art critic who set her sights on Jace for her big breakthrough piece! The story of these two characters is so well written and full of drama. It kept my attention from start to finish, I was so irritated to have to put it down when I had to be "Mom" or "Wife" or got to work, lol!!

I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book.

If you haven’t read M.S. Parker Billionaire’s Muse, then this is one you should read. I loved the story of Jace Randell and Savannah Birch and how M.S. Parker incorporates several of the characters from the other books. If you like hot and steamy passion, scorching hot intimate scenes that are awe-inspiring, then this book is for you. Jace is an artist and a billionaire who is very handsome, but he also has a penchant for BDSM. Savannah is a reporter/art critic for a magazine. When Jace meets Savannah, she is someone that he wants, and Jace usually gets what he wants. The scenes are well written, fast-paced and flow smoothly from one scene to the next. The book will pique your interest and draw you in from the beginning to the very end.

Art can be painful

Jace is very picky with everything in his life. He’s been told that it goes with being an artist but he knows it’s more than that. He is a solitary person and likes it that way until he meets the critic who is going to write about his next showing.

Savannah has worked hard to get to this point in her career. Now she has been given the opportunity to not only interview the artist who inspired her when she was 10 years old but to advance her career as well.

Enjoy the 3rd book of ‘The Billionaire’s Muse’ series. It’s well worth your time.

So good!

I love how each man from the Muse series has a role in the current book, One Night Only. Yet, this is a complete standalone! Such a great story with all the feels. It had the flirting and sexy time.

More importantly, M. S. Parker wrote Savannah to have a backbone! And for Jace not to be a super, arrogant man. These characters each have preferences but will they mesh well. Gahhh I loved everything about this book. It's been quite a bit but I'm giving this book 5 stars.

Another great book from M.S. Parker in the Muse series. This one is about a talented artist Jace and his muse Savannah, one of the strongest and sweetest characters I have read in a long time. There is some angst, many trials and tribulations, caused by Jace not the girl for a refreshing change. Add some hot sex and a HEA and you have another satisfying read.

Excellent addition to the series with the moody artist and journalist/art critic. There are plenty of twists to this well-written story and strong characters with great chemistry. M.S. Parker is an author that consistently produces great books to read. The road is very bumpy on the way to a HEA. I voluntarily read an ARC and this is my honest review.

One night and more

There was an instant attraction between Jace and Savannah. The push away and pull back of their on again off again “relationship” was a little frustrating but that’s also what made the story good. And it was hot! Let’s don’t forget that. Heat level was off the charts for these two! Loved it!

Poor premise. Disappointing.

Characters spoke for two hours when first met yet don't recognise each others voices just days later at a masked event, especially when they were attracted to each other at first meeting? Author seriously let down by editors and publishers who never picked this up. Masks don't make you deaf or stupid.

M.S. Parker, is such an amazing author. She keeps you wanting to read till the very end. Her characters are always sexy as sin and there is always a happy ever after which I love. If you could give her a rating higher then a five , I'd give her a galaxy of stars.

Entertaining!

I love this series but I have to say the stories are way too similar. The women characters are delightful and the men are sexy, but the men all seem to go apeshit with very little reason, and the women end up going back to them every time. Still... very sexy.
