5.0 out of 5 stars book review, March 22, 2012 By Radical Reader - This review is from: FRACTURE (FRACTURE The Secret Enemy Saga) (Kindle Edition) I was surprised at how much I liked this book. The cover interested me but the story drew me in. The characters were well fleshed out and as McKevitt introduces each one you become to know them individually. The inner conflict of each character brings them to life and you find yourself wanting to know more. Get what you need, close the door and get comfortable. Strap yourself in for the ride because you won't be able to put this one down.
The Ghost Orchids: Code Name:Gater Bait by Virginia McKevitt and Lisa K Miller is a humorous book about two special, secret ops that have been disbanded but are back for a special mission. They are to collect a guy personally and keep him save until he can be picked up. He is the accountant for a drug boss. The whole time the two gals are hilarious! What they say, what they do...it's all funny! The poor guy who they are protecting is confused! They are excellent at what they do but everything else is hilarious! Definitely a fun short read!
I love this so much! This short spy mystery is super funny, a little sexy, and very mysterious. I cannot belie that I didn't find it sooner. What a great start to a series. Sadly, it appears to be several years old, so I don't guess the series went very far.
Two deadly operatives on a mission for the President. Should have been (glad it wasn't) serious but wasn't. Super funny, lots of witty bantering amid the shooting. Loved the first in the series. I already bought the other two. An easy quick read for me. This is not to say the writing is mediocre, quite the contrary, talent abounds between the the two authors. Nicely done! Caryn Mahan~~~
I loved this Book! I laughed through the whole book. The banter between these 2 ladies is great! The fact that they are both highly skilled soilders on a mission is a plus. Can't wait for the next book to see what they have in store for us!
Absolutely loved it, had me cracking up all the way threw! Totally action packed, would love to see this on the tv screen! Can't wait for the next book!
This book was recommended by a friend. My only regret was not finding it sooner! Non-stop action and laughs! You really have to read this. Then shove it into the hands of all your friends. I know that's what I'm going to do!
