A classic murder mystery of the locked house genre. Great characters, and a little cultural conflict (south Asians in Oklahoma for Christmas?) My only criticism--I had not ready any others in this series and had a little trouble at the beginning sorting our the characters.
I really wanted to like this book but I found it just too slow moving. In fact, I felt it tended to be a bit redundant at times. Most of the action came in the last few pages. There is some recipes at the end that are interesting. I also figured out the culprit about half was through, so that also contributed to the star score that
Thus book was a long read for me . Swemed like it would never end. I think if there were more books 📚 in the series I would not have read them . Ebiugh was enough
