Good leadership book and developing your company. Answer these questions. Why does my TK Smith hospitality business exist? Where is my business going? Ten year vision. Create my TK Smith hospitality elevator speech.
Inspiring is more powerful than motivating. If you only had six months to live, how would you spend it? Remember that we all have a unique purpose. Remember that we all have an inspirational message that burns so deep, leaders desperately need to hear it. Create a plan of action that includes being honest about what you want, understanding the sacrifices, give yourself deadlines, incentivize yourself, hold yourself accountable. My personal WHY for TK Smith hospitality is so that others learn from the pain I observed and endured so that they have an easier, better, healthier experience in the hospitality industry than I had. I dream that kitchen environments lose the reputation they have created, and that there are no more drugs mental, physical abuse, crude behavior. The result will be productive, healthy, and good paying careers for people with the passion for our hospitality, industry both front of the house and back of the house.
