Flea has changed her name to Flame. That’s the easy part.

She’s been kidnapped by Devourer Priests and lost in a nightmare created by one of her prospective husbands, all while trying to find the key to the underworld before a primordial monster devourers the world. That’s the hard part.

The impossible part? Finding a way to get four very different, very sexy men to play nice together so they can become part of her harem and The Five, and save the world from the aforementioned primordial monster.

But this fiery-haired warrior woman doesn’t believe anything is impossible now. Find out if she’s right!

If you aren’t into MFM (that two guys and one girl) love stories with lots of steam (but no M/M action) don’t read this book. If you aren’t interested in fast-paced, exciting stories with lots of twists and turns, don’t read this book. If you’re open-minded about how love is expressed (at least in fiction) and don’t mind staying up late to read just one more chapter... read this book now! And if you like MMFMM in all its sizzling, but loving, detail and want an edge-of-your seat finale, then make sure you get the next book.

Nhys Glover is an Australian born award-winning author of over 75 romance novels. She is known for blending heart, heat, and a touch of the extraordinary in her stories. From time-traveling lovers to soul-deep polyamory connections, her work explores love in all its transformational forms.
Now living in Durham County UK, Nhys draws on her background in teaching and spiritual inquiry for inspiration in her writing. As she sits at her desk, staring out at the windy moors, she often reflects on what it means to stay human in an increasingly digital world. It is, after all, the subject of her newest book, a non-fiction called Authenticity, as Taught by a Machine.
But no matter the genre, Nhys is always chasing one thing: the truth at the heart of every story.

This second book in the series really demonstrates how Flame has matured. She and the members of the Five must work together personally and professionally to save the world.

It is really not that easy for them to form the bond they need but they really are growing closer. I felt like I really got to understand them all so much better in this part. You get to see below the surface and understand how their pasts are shaping their current issues.

The adventure continues and you really feel the deadline approaching for them to be strong enough to take on their enemy. It tests them totally but they have no room for failure. The sexual scenes are intense and not just on a physical level.

This is such a well written story and I highly encourage everyone to read it if you enjoy a real adventure and a strong female at the center of the journey.

I am voluntarily reviewing a copy I received.

Great extension of the Airlund Trilogy

Didn't like Flea in the original trilogy until the very end but this is a more grow up version. Book also explains some dangling threads from the trilogy. You don't need to have read the original trilogy to appreciate the characters in this book.
Looking forward to where this goes.

There was one thing that irked me personally, which is gender of airlings. In previous series Spot was male which was to be uncommon thing for male airling to choose girl/woman as rider and Storm to be female that chose male rider.. along this series so far Spot is sometimes a female sometimes male... same with other airlings.
Patch was mentioned to be female and later on as male...
I wish author to be consistent with her choices of airling gender..
