i don’t know how i feel about this book .. it’s confusing cause i enjoyed it but also i really didn’t care for it.

when i read the synopsis it sounded so good especially since one of the main characters is blind! that really caught my attention but once i started reading i don’t know it was just to fast paced for me... instant love. also there was parts of the story that had my eyes rolling the whole time .. idk. i felt like the story line was just flat it needed more build up for me

but i still appreciated the story and the characters where quite like able sometimes. 🤷🏻‍♀️

I don't understand how this book is so amazing, it made me feels so many emotions at the same time. I was crying, laughing, giggling, shaking, and happy all in the same time! When I first started reading this book I was thinking "This book is gonna get real good" but I was wrong, it was AMAZING, I stayed up until who knows when just to keep on reading. I am so addicted to this book and would definitely buy this book when it comes out. Infinity/10, thats how amazing this book is and it is definitely one of my favorite books. Definitely going to recommend this book to my friends and read is over and over and over again! <3

I do not understand the enthusiasm I am reading on this website about this book. It is a shallow teenage love story. There is little to no depth to any of the characters each of whom the author did not develop. In fact there is nothing wrong with romance novels and love stories but this one is a complete bore and has no point and no theme. In my opinion, with respect to others who disagree, there are other and better books to read.

Smooth Sailing is a wonderful piece that revolves around two broken souls that found each other in the most heartwarming and heart wrenching way imagined. Matthew is blind but even with his inability to see, he proves to himself how beautiful and one of a kind situation he is in. Both with the heroine, Lila, and their love story. Even with their ups and downs, they always find themselves back to one another in the most amazing way possible. It truly is an amazing book that even though I read it before it got published, it captured my heart from the very start. From the inside jokes, hidden smiles, thoughts of the characters, and their love for one another, it’s a rollercoaster ride that the reader would be more than happy to hop on over and over again.
