Ghost Killer

There is a thin line between ‘Justice’ and ‘Revenge’ that is easily blurred and crossed.

In April 1996, the Army's Special Operation snipers Sam Kincaid and his partner, Bobby McQueen, are called into U.S Peacekeeping Headquarters in Bosnia for a special to find and kill a Bosnian Muslim terrorist, Tihomir Saliman, who is disregarding all UN Peacekeeping truces in this volatile region.

A former Soviet-trained Yugoslavian Army sniper, Tihomir Saliman, has launched a campaign to single-handedly annihilate the now legitimate Serbian Army, one by one. His sister and her husband and their children had been brutally murdered on their farm by renegade Serbian militia years earlier and, now, he is exercising the Holy revenge of the Koran.

To date, Tihomir Saliman, the "Ghost" has evaded capture. Special Ops soldiers are summoned on a mission to kill him, and Kincaid and McQueen find themselves following a goat-herder and his son in a remote and sparsely-populated mountain region in Bosnia. After following the man closely and observing him for days, they feel confident that he is in fact, Saliman, and he is taken down with four shots.

In Bosnia, Kincaid and McQueen are heralded by the media as heroes for finally tracking down and killing the infamous "Ghost".

However, in a small isolated farmhouse in Tulsa, Bosnia, the "Ghost" is coming back to life. He had been guided to a safe haven by his oldest son, 15-year-old, Mikel. Saliman is healing, although he’s blinded in one eye, and all that is left of his right arm is a stub. His disabilities have sharpened his vengeance, and he instructs his three sons to carry-out an elaborately orchestrated plan to seek Al-Thar (a vendetta) upon the soldier and America. The ultimate focus of Saliman's revenge is the Sam Kincaid, his wife, and his son and the destruction of the Glen Canyon Dam.

After 9/11 Mikel receives support from the Taliban, as well as other international terrorist factions, including arms and militia support from drug cartels in Guatemala and Mexico. After meticulous planning over years, Mikel and Alen make their way from Bosnia to Guatemala and Mexico, and then across the Texas and Arizona borders, to Utah where they plan to kidnap Kincaid's wife and son. St. James is tracking their movement until the trail go cold in Las Vegas.

Tihomir Saliman's revenge is proceeding as planned, when Sam Kincaid is joined by an undercover operative with U.S. Homeland Security, Robert St. James. Putting their military expertise to the ultimate test, Kincaid and St. James, go after Mikel and Alen and their fellow insurgents as they try to free Kincaid's wife and son and save the dam.

Finally Kincaid and St. James are given the clearance to go after the Ghost. Using their Special Forces and U.S. Government connections to get to Tulsa, Bosnia they plan to deliver justice to Tihomir Saliman.
