When the wife and daughter of Ha Joon, a North Korean Missile Specialist are accidentally shot and killed by Government troops sent by the evil Dictator to quell a hunger demonstration in their farming village, Ha Joon swears his revenge on The Dictator. Together with his Father one of The Dictator's Senior Generals, they conspire to bring The Dictator down.

Ha Joon escapes to South Korea with critical information on the North Korean ICBMs and insists on meeting someone from The White House, to let them know what The Dictator is planning.

The President sends his top-level Security Team of Jake and Sarah Harrigan to Seoul to meet with Ha Joon and after debriefing him, they realize that The Dictator is planning a horrendous nuclear attack on the US that he calls 'The Project'.

Jake and Sarah and a team of Navy SEALs are then involved, working against the clock, to try and find out what 'The Project' entails, when, where and how it will happen. In an apocalyptic chain of events, with a nervous World watching on the edge of a nuclear holocaust, the Americans struggle to stop the attack and take The Dictator down.
