I have been fortunate to have read this series from the beginning and I am sad to see it come to an end. Heather has a beautiful and sometimes heartbreaking story to tell over four books. I fell in love with Mimi and all that she has endured over the course of the series, she has become a stronger person for it. Then there is Justin...you can't get much better than that. His life changes in this book with the arrival of Sammy, and let me just say he stole my heart. Heather does a wonderful job with addressing the struggles the new found family goes through and especially with Sammy's diagnosis. The writing and storytelling kept me glued to my book, so much I couldn't put it down. Thank you Heather for letting me be a part of this beautiful journey, I will treasure it always.

Wow! What a wonderful end to the series! The first book, shattered perfection blew me away. This book closes the story perfectly. The intense chemistry of Justin and Mimi is explosive, the ongoing obstacles have been triumphed and these 2 characters are still able to grow with one another and evolve. Kudos to you Heather!

What an emotional roller coaster ride. There are so many twists and turns in this book. It is the best book so far in the series. Justin has major readjustment in his life with the custody of his and Delia's son Sammy. Mimi becomes Sammy's surrogate mom. Two clueless people trying to be instant parents, I could not stop laughing at how Justin and Mimi were adjusting to Sammy. It tickled me pink that they started to become aware of things they never had to before. Delia is still trying to cause problems for Mimi and Justin. She applies for visitation rights. Justin is dating a model Marina who has no clue on how to handle a special needs child like Sammy. He has been diagnosed with a form of autism. When Marina gets Justin to let her take over child care of Sammy, Mimi is hurt. She says nothing but goes along with anything Justine wants. Luckily for Sammy, Mimi made an impromptu visit, the house is a mess and is filthy. Mimi caught Marina causing physical punishment to get Sammy to "act normal". Mimi was about to strangle her. But thankfully Justin saw the imprint of Marina's hand on Sammy's leg. He became furious and demanded she pack up her things and get the heck out and never return. She is no longer welcome. On Marina's way out, she tried to blame Mimi for Justine's reaction. When she was going to her a car Delia's brother Armando approached her. Marina blabbed to him the injustice she suffered and that Sammy was not safe because Mimi was a drug addict. Then Armando comes to Justin's new home threatening and demanding to see Sammy. Armando had Justin served for visitation and overnight privilege. Justin had his attorney file a rebuttal. Mimi and Justin prepared for war. In the meantime, Mimi's feeling for Justin grow and she is having a hard time dealing with it. This is such an exciting episode that is a must read. “Just Perfection”, is the continuation of the perfection series by Heather Guimond. Following Mimi’s story has been a long road of a bunch of human emotions. The books are wonderfully written and beautifully described worlds. Not to mention all the greatly descriptive love making scenes, steamy and definitely don’t read in front of someone you don’t want to have to explain what you are so into.

Mimi’s story is frustrating in the last couple books because you are pulling for something that seems like it will never happen. The best thing in her life has been her best friend Justin, her link to her late husband and the man that will always be there for her. She has had many ups and downs in this series, but in this book you are routing for Mimi to get everything she wants and to finally have her happy ending.

I am not going to give any spoilers this time, but I think no matter what you were expecting you will be happy with the ending.

If you have read up until now you know how great this series is. If you are reading reviews to figure out if you want to give this series a chance. Please do, you won’t be disappointed with the well rounded, relatable characters.

Start this series and stick with it. There maybe some frustrating situations where you are like come on Mimi, or come on Justin. But eventually I think you see that everything that they have been through has brought them to an ending, which makes everything worth it.

There are stories you read that leave your mind when you close the book. The series was decent even good while you were reading it but gone when the story was done. This series was not like that. Each book more intense than the last with your emotions totally broken down until the author gave it permission and the means to pull it back together. This one is no different. Back with her stint in rehab barely completed Mimi is now living with Justine. The complications of their “non” relationship clearly in place but not a concern. But nothing is ever easy for Mimi and Justine so don’t expect that to change. I can’t do it I can’t voice this without spoilers so suffice it to say there is drama, there are heart stopping moments, there is sweetness and care beyond your wildest dreams. There is the beauty of Sammy and the challenges ahead. There are crazy moments with crazy people (Justine has a hard head). There are words of reason and wisdom and understanding from an unexpected source. Mostly there is healing, support, family and love in a story that is so well told and delivered you have to love it. When an author can give you a romantic scene where you are putty before the clothes are completely off then you know it’s done right. You will love this story I mean what is there not to love, because their love, family, support?? It’s all just perfection at its best.

Now that I’ve read (devoured) each book in this series, all I want to do is start over, meet all the characters for the first time, laugh, cry, mourn and cheer them all on once again. But, all good things must come to an end, and I, for one will never look at my own humble life the same way ever again. Heather’s awe inspiring ability to draw you in from the very first chapter of the very first book, should be applauded and shouted out for the world to sit up and listen. SHE’S FREAKING AMAZING!!

We’ve been through love, hate, death and dependency with Mimi from book one. The one constant in her life has been Justin, and finally, finally all their stars align perfectly. But not before they have some hard and desperate times trying to raise Justin’s son. (That story-line in itself, while being a tough topic to write about, Heather gives it the utmost respect and credit it so deserves).

There are still ups and downs in this story, but that ending, WOW what an ending. Never again will you take the most important people in your life for granted.

Heather, you’re an absolute rock-star, giving us all the opportunity to read such a stellar series, one that will stay with me for a long time to come. I can not recommend this book highly enough.

I absolutely loved this series! Heather takes us on an emotional rollercoaster ride through Mimi’s story. I love reading books where you can feel what the characters are going through. This series gives you all the feels!!! Awesome job Heather tackling many difficult topics throughout these four books. Thank you for sharing this fantastic series with us!!

“Just Perfection” is just that! Mimi is out of rehab and helping Justin raise his son Sammy. Mimi has moments where she feels she could relapse but her strength and perseverance, as well as Justin, help her through those times. Justin & Mimi learn why Sammy exhibits some of the behaviors he does. Justin has a new girlfriend that he introduces to Sammy and James makes a reappearance as well. Will Mimi and Justin finally get their HEA? This conclusion is a must read!

I really enjoyed this series by this new author. I have not read any of her books before but I was hooked by the first book. It had a lot of sexy scenes, drama, suspense, twists and turns, unexpected happenings, a love triangle which turned out great. Justin and Mimi have been friends for years, and now raising a son together. But things weren’t as peaceful as they thought when Delia family started coming around. Trouble continued with that family. And someone else decides she want Justin and tries to get Mimi out of the way, and this doesn’t sit well with Mimi when she walks in and sees what a disaster the house is in and the way Sammy is being treated. All in all it’s a good book that comes to its final conclusion to a HEA and it was a great series.

Mimi and Justin story is like taking a cross country car ride. You have these beautiful characters who have a real deal vibe about them that show us the beauty of scenic routes where you think the road will be smooth and easy but much as a true powerful love you then hit potholes and traffic, sometimes you have streetlights that slow you down but then you get back to seeing and feeling that sun and it makes that journey JUST PERFECTION!!

Heather could write about socks and I would definitely love it. Her words come from the heart and her characters become so much more. I loved all 4 books and would recommend this book and series to anyone who lives for an emotional ride that brings out feelings you can't explain. I received an ARC for an honest and voluntarily review.

In this book Mimi is out of rehab (you must read Shattered Perfection, Fighting Perfection, Beautiful Imperfection before this book to follow along what all has happened to Mimi. And there has been quite a lot. But here is hoping that Mimi will finally be able to make a commitment to Justin. Justin who has been with her throughout this whole series. But there are problems still ahead for these two so read on to see if they can finally get their happy ever after or will crazy Delia (Justin's ex) drive a wedge between Mimi and Justin.

This has been a painfully beautiful saga from beginning to end. Our Mimi has weathered too many of life's challenges, and she's finally back on her feet. But things have changed for her now, including the arrival of Sammy, Justin's baby. I've adored Justin throughout this series, and he's fighting his own share of battles while trying to adapt to being a new dad. This story has been one long soul-searching path for these characters, and I'm both sad and happy that their story has come to an end. This series has truly been perfection!

OMG! What an absolutely fabulous series. I've read a number of really good series before and this one ranks right up there in the top few. Mimi and Justin finally get their much deserved happy ending. Mimi has had so many tragic events in her life and Justin has been at her side through them all. More difficulties need to be overcome in this episode as well. James and Vince even make brief appearances. And of course there is little Sammy. I laughed and I cried but I loved it all. Do yourself a favor and read this series. You won't be sorry.

Perfection Book 4

I have absolutely loved this series.
Justin and Mimi have banded together to raise little Sammy.
It hasn't been without setbacks, Justin meeting Mariana, and the brief
return of James.Throw in interference from Delia and the Ortegas
and their lives certainly have been challenged.
A beautiful story of how they've delt with Sammys problems standing by each other
With help from their families.
A very happy ending for the little family.
Beautiful story Heather.

Heather Guimond did a great job on this book 4 in this series, it was well written with a great plot and great well-crafted characters. Ahhh I’m going to miss this series, very emotional read but a lovely ending, so glad James came back into it otherwise would have felt unresolved, thought the author wrote the story of Sammy very well, we have a son with asd, and really connected with this story, moving straight onto Justin’s book 😊
