Awwwwwwwwww!!!!! This was seriously a sweet fast paced not quite insta-love but almost romance.
Jacques is my kind of guy. Even if I don't speak a lick of French! Thank goodness Jade had written in translations for everything or else I would be lost in this book! Poor Nora had a hard time of life in the states. Not only was she cheated on, she was CHEATED on....numerous times! Not a lot of drama but loved both Jacques and Nora getting to know each other with benefits. If your looking for a sweet quick romance pick this up!

I really liked this book. I loved Declan and Sarah. They had great chemistry together even if most of the book was mostly sex and not much talk.
I wish there would of been more to this one overall. More explained of Sarah's father, Declan and what he does and who he works for. More to Cane and what he was up to the majority of the book. Just more of all of it! The story was good just wish it would of lasted a bit longer amd gone more in depth with the characters.

I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review. Three different books, not related to each other at all. They were cute, easy reads. In French Kiss the language barrier got annoying after a while. He’d say something, then she had to decipher it in her head and then answer back, and then he’d say something else and around it went. Kind of took away from their story. Luckily, toward the end the h was better at speaking french. The second book was just okay. Didn’t really care for either of the characters, and then when it started to get interesting it was over, and the badboy did a complete turnaround. Last book was fairly short. And again I didn’t really feel anything between the H/h. Actually Jax really pissed me off. And then it was over, easy peasy HEA. None of the stories were bad, but they weren’t fantastic either. In my opinion, the characters and storylines needed to be meshed out better.

This book is a collection of three Jade Allen stories: French Kiss, Hard & Lethal, and Stripped Down. I’m including a review of two of them as a representative sampling of the books in this collection.

Nora was studying in her dorm for a final exam when her friend, Claire, texted her about needing to talk to her right away. In fact, she texted that she was already on her way over. She came in and handed her phone to Nora – and she read the profile on Tinder of her boyfriend and the exploits he was bragging about! They were practically engaged – she didn’t believe that was really Ethan! She went to a referenced porn site to prove Ethan was not doing this, and the first video proved he was engaging in kinky videos with other females she recognized from campus. From site to site, she found even more evidence of his betrayal going back more than a year.
Two days later, she went to his dorm to confront him. She asked for an explanation of the pictures she had gathered from the various sites. He lost his initial smirk and then angrily accused her for causing him to do this since she was such a prude! Then he “graciously” offered to teach her what he had learned because he already figured she would forgive him!!! Instead she told him exactly what she thought of him now and walked out the door, her heart breaking.
Jacques is cleaning up his tattoo station while Christophe tells him about the new American girl renting the place across from the shop. Jacques was completely disinterested. After a bad break up with his girlfriend, he was swearing off serious dating. But he saw Nora that evening in her apartment and they had a brief conversation from their open windows. Despite each of their painful histories, the chemistry between them brings them together. Will it be enough to let them trust each other? Will it get them over the hurdles they are going to face along the way?
This was a very nicely done romance with enough little twists and turns to hold the reader’s interest. The story line was strong and well-paced. The reader can easily admire Nora. She was not a pushover and acted responsibly to face tough issues and move on when she had to. Jacques likewise was a likable character. The author developed their personalities and made their reactions very believable. I would definitely recommend this book. It was an enjoyable reading experience.

Celebrating her best friend’s upcoming wedding, Marty swallowed her shot of tequila as the house lights dimmed and the music got loud. Male dancers appeared among the fog that rose up on the stage. The ladies enjoying the bachelor party called out to the dancers, laughing and having a wild time. Before she knew it, Marty was lifted up on stage to sit with the bride-to-be while the men danced around them. The one with the tattoos moved against her and, when she looked up at him, she recognized her high school boyfriend, Jax! Only now he wasn’t a lanky boy -- he was a muscular, sexy, man! Would they rekindle the romance they started in high school?
This was a fast-paced, fun book. The crazy bachelorettes were so animated and provided lots of laughs! With a light sprinkling of back-story, the reader can wonder about a possible second-chance romance between Jax and Marty who had their relationship cut short back in high school by her parents.
This has all the makings for a “second chance love” story. The characters were very likable. Jax was a responsible guy who was dancing to earn extra money to help his mom with medical bills. Marty was an established music producer. There will always be bumps along the way, but could they recapture what they had left behind? I think this is a book worth reading. It has some surprises to keep the reader’s attention and may take a few of us on a joyful trip down memory lane. Okay, this book was actually interesting enough to get into glad it was a short read. I did want Jacques to go back to the USA with Nora... But I guess she is going to be in France with him I reckon.
Also, I don’t understand how Nora couldn’t figure out that Helene was coming for her to ruin her relationship with Jacques like a girl really? But I understood why she ran because she been hurt by what her Ex-boyfriend Ethan done to her and the whole time she didn’t know anything about it. Four years, it took her to her final year in college to actually learn he been cheating since they’ve been together (freshman year)... also, she had a chance to go back to the USA for the degree I did wonder was she considering going back or actually getting it in France who knows... I guess only the author does.

This book isn’t all that great at all. Like idk I got bored with it fast like the ‘French Kiss’ book was actually interesting and I was up residing it because I enjoyed it. But this one I am so over it, but I actually want to know what will actually happen that’s the only reason why I still and actually finished reading this book other than that I would’ve skipped this book and went to the next book, and hope it as good as the first one in this box set!
It’s only ten chapters in this book. And it actually has gotten good at chapter 7 no more so chapter 9 abs that’s a shame. The good part came at chapter 9 out of 10 chapters like smh!!!! But I will add this I knew Sarah was going to end up pregnant with Declan baby. He’s three in the epilogue ..... it cracks me up when he said “bang! Bang! Bang. I’m going to get all the bad guys” not knowing well his sister and her husband not knowing how accurate that his since Declan use to be a “vigilante.”

What would you do if you ran into your high school sweetheart at a strip club? That's the question Marty must answer when she sees her's dancing on stage. Jax is just as surprised as Marty. Back in high school her parents came between them. Now that they are adults will they be given a second chance? I loved the interaction between Marty and Jax. The secondary characters were great- especially the boys from Jax's garage.
Hard & Lethal:
The last thing Declan wants to do is attend a family reunion in Westport, Washington. The last person he expected to see is Sarah Wells. Declan always knew that when she was a teenager Sarah had a crush on him but he was 22 and she was 16. Ten years have past, Sarah has grown up and Declan wants her. He's only in town for a few days- time for a little fun. Sarah's father kept secrets from her. When they start to come out, Sarah's life is but in jeopardy. Will Declan be able to save her? When Declan's secrets come out, will there be a HEA for Sarah and him? I really loved this story. Declan was a player with no desire to change until love hit him. Sarah was a strong willed woman except when it came to Declan. These two were perfect for each other. Declan's mother knew this as did Sarah's father.

This is a great box set with three good stories in it.
French Kiss: After Nora found her long time boyfriend cheating on her, she decides to study abroad in France. She also decided to not date for six months to get over her distrust and heart break. In France, she meets Jacques a guitarist for a bad who is her neighbor. He has also sworn off of romance. The two decide to become friends and spend time together with him showing her around town. The two know they should only be friends but other feelings keep popping up. I really loved the bets Jacques and his boss had going about his relationship with Nora.
Stripped down: Jax and Marty were high school sweethearts but were broken up by her parents before college. It is several years later and Jax runs a garage. He also works nights as a stripper to make money to help his mother pay for cancer treatments. One night Marty comes in as maid of honor for a bachelorette party. She is shocked to find Jax on stage dancing. He offers her a private dance so they can have a chance to talk. Both of them regret the past and decide that they want to try again to be together. Will they be able to make it this time?

These stories are pretty good with characters with real feelings. I voluntarily received a copy of this book and this is my honest review.

This book is about Nora,,,, Nora is living a good life,,, her and her boyfriend Ethan have been a couple for like 4 years now,,,, she is studying for her final to get her degree in Art and her best friend, Claire, interrupts her to make her look at this evidence that she has found regarding Nora's boyfriend,,,, she found him on Timder, on SnapChat and probably elsewhere,,,, Nora finally looks at the evidence, and it is,,, she went to his dorm, confronted him,,, He came clean,,, said he'd been unfaithful for quite a few years,,,, she broke up with him,,, when she gets her degree,,,,, she's gone....
Jacques is a tattoo artist in the small town of Rouen, outside of Paris,,,,,he works with another guy and a girl,,, he also is in a band "Les Quatres Pistoles",,, (The Four Pistols),,,, He lives next to Nora and has started kinda seeing Nora,,,, she moved to Rouen after graduation, on a year long Visa to work over there,,,, She is piecing together her French, with some help with Jacques,,,,

Ms. Allen combines smart, funny heroines with can-do attitudes and schmexy guys with tough exteriors and gooey centers. In French Kiss, the first story in this collection, that squishy-centered heartthrob is Jacques, a tattoo artist and musician. He's the heroine's across the way neighbor/knight in slightly tarnished armour, and at first I wasn't sure I was going to like him because of a long-standing grudge against Frenchmen (don't ask). He won me (and Nora) over completely!
Hard and Lethal switches things up. It's a second chance/brother's best friend with elements of a good thriller to keep you on your toes. Declan is an arrogant dick, quintessential alpha, but he gets past it pretty fast when he realizes how much trouble Sarah is in...and that he's in a whole different kind of trouble.
Stripped Down is a sweet and sexy second chance with a mechanic who moonlights as an exotic dancer and the girl he let get away. Full disclosure, I'm still reading this one, but I love it so far.
Good dialogue and fun scenarios make Jade Allen a one-click for me and this is a nice introduction for new fans.

Jade Allen's stories are fast paced, with strong heroes, often tattooed with daring personalities and have that edge that makes them often seem to be dangerous as well as sexy. her heroines are feisty who will not put up with any cheating or manipulation from dirt bag men. I've read these three stories before and enjoyed them all but my personal favourite is HARD + LETHAL. Our hero left 10 years ago and has been all over the world dealing with the bad guys such as drug cartels but back home he goes and he is reunited with Sarah who was way too young for him then, but she didn't care then as she just wanted him. Now she's not jailbait and is a stunning bombshell that he's going to have. What will he do when he discovers that all is not as it seems with her family? brilliantly written with lots of suspense and hot, steamy sex. If you haven't read anything by Jade before, please give this great bundle of three books a try.

These three stories are extremely easy & quick reads. Ms. Allen sure has an amazing way with words. Each book in this box set is well written, the characters are well developed & the chemistry between them all is H.O.T. Stripped Down: Marty & Jax were high school sweethearts. When Marty attends a bachelorette party, she meets up with Jax & finds she still has feelings for him. Their chemistry is a strong as ever.

It's about heartache and finding love when you least expect it. The sex scenes weren't draw out or overly stated. Overall a good read. HARD & LETHAL. 3.5 stars. This is a fun quick read. What do you do when you find out your life is not what you think it is? This is the tale of Sarah and Declan. This is sorta a second chance romance with a few twist along the way. STRIPPED DOWN. 4.5 stars. This is a sweet second chance romance book. I enjoyed the way it was written. The storyline wasn’t overly dramatic nor was it drawout. It had just the perfect blend of romance, heartache, sorrow and love. The flashbacks to the past were perfectly placed throughout the book. No second guessing or filling in the blanks for yourself here. A very pleasant read.

I had previously read French Kiss, but gladly read it again when I got this collection. I loved the story and kept reading parts with French accent. Good times...Lol.
Hard and Lethal is a second chance romance with some steamy scenes and a little action/intrigue thrown in. Just the right amount of tension and feels.
Stripped Down is another second chance in this collection. From the beginning I was rooting for some resolution and a HEA.
Overall, this is a great collection. All three books have very distinctly different plots, and characters. All are fairly quick reads and well worth the time. Bonus for me is that I have always enjoyed reading stuff from Jade Allen, these stories are no exception and I'll be reading them again.

French Kiss is about a young woman named Nora who goes to France after graduating college and learning her boyfriend was cheating. There she meets Jacques and they heat things up. Hard and Lethal was a second chance romance between Sarah and her high school crush Declan. Sarah was in danger and she didn't know, Declan knew her family secrets and vows to protect her. When he gets close to her, he thinks when she is safe he will move on. Stripped Down is also a second chance romance between high school sweethearts. When Marty attends a bachelorette party, she is reunited with Jax and finds she still can't resist him. Having all three books in one set is a great deal and all three end with a HEA.

I loved this! I loved Jax, and his bad boy look but sweet man at heart. Marty or Em was a down to earth woman but knew what she wanted out of life. The storyline was great. Strong characters and a great story line for each book. You will love each book. I couldn't stop reading them once I started reading them either. Jade Allen is another wonderful writer, I have read many of her books and enjoyed every one.

I read all of these books separately and read them all again when this box set came out. This box set is filled with sexy hot bad boys who will be put to their greatest test when it comes to beautiful woman who know ho to knock men to their knees. Each story is well written, the characters are likable and you get a HEA in each one. You will not be able to put the book down once you start. I am volunteering to leave a review for an ARC of this book via Booksprout. I have enjoyed this collection of Bad Boy books. Nora and Jacques in Paris, finding one another after bad relationships; Declan and Sarah. Declan living a life of getting the bas guys, and while protecting Sarah, getting her, And Em/Marty and Jax, connecting after 10 years. Jax making something of himself, that can maybe finally nab Em! You'll enjoy this collection I'm sure.

Great reads by Jade Allen. The first book French Kids is about a cheating boyfriend who is caught posting his exploits online. When Nora finds out she flies to France to work on her art degree and meets her tattooed hunk of a neighbour. And finds she just can't ignore him.

I loved the well written story lines and well rounded characters. There is lots of heartbreak, betrayals, romance and chemistry in these stories. A must read book.

Every bad boy has a different story on how he wants or treat a woman. I am still stuck on this Ethan person. Has no respect for himself, As I get to know each and every bad boy it's going to get very steamy, intruding, crazy, and sizzling hot.
