Freedom and Volition

Rate this book
What freedom do we have to choose some actions over others? How responsible are we for what we do?

In a 50-page book with 62 references, I show how cognitive science can answer these questions, and how free will can be reconciled with science and determinism. The result is not too different from what most people already believe intuitively---but there are some critical differences that must be pointed out.
