53 geometry puzzles slightly graded by difficulty. The authors say in the introduction that the puzzles «allow for great classroom discussions about ways in which to approach them». I think they refer to secondary level classroom, but the book is also a fine fun for adults.

The book provides a solution to every problem presented. Moreover, it offers multiple solutions including different approaches. So you can expand your skills and your space vision, for when one find a specific solution, it's very difficult to be able to think of another one (at least it happens to me like this).

I have found though a few errors (3-4), making difficult in those cases that your solution matches the solution offered by the book.

Libro de problemas de matemáticas (de geometría euclídea, más concretamente), destinado a estudiantes de secundaria (protesto, señoría. Muchos de estos problemas son perfectos para adultos. De hecho sostengo que el nivel es para estudiantes muy buenos de secundaria, como poco). Contiene problemas y soluciones, y se me ha hecho bola. Los N problemas están bien explicados pero tras resolver los primeros x problemas, los N-x restantes se hacían muy tediosos. Algunas secciones las he tenido que acabar tirando de orgullo, porque por placer no me apetecía nada. Es perfectamente posible que alguien disfrute muchísimo con este libro. Yo he disfrutado algunos problemas. Pero es la repetición la que no ma ha convencido.

a volte un po' troppo criptico

Questo libriccino raccoglie un buon numero di problemi di geometria piana, tutti generalmente risolvibili senza competenze troppo elevate (sennò che snacks sarebbero?). La parte interessante è che generalmente viene data più di una soluzione per ciascun problema, per mostrare come è vero che non esiste una via regia per imparare la geometria, ma almeno ci sono tante strade possibili e ognuno di noi può scegliere quella in cui si trova più a suo agio.
Quello che non mi è piaciuto del libro è la troppa stringatezza nelle risposte. Vanno bene ovviamewnte le dimostrazioni senza parole, ma quando le parole ci sono e non le capisco c'è qualcosa che non va, non trovate? Occhei, potrebbe esserci qualcosa che non va in me, ma facciamo finta di nulla. Il libro è comunque un'ottima risorsa per un insegnante che voglia dare esercizi un po' diversi dal solito ai suoi studenti.
