To read this book you read Skye Sisters, and the books before it to follow. There are four stories total in this book that make up one complete story, following the lives of the Skye sisters, and the men who will have to ultimately put up with them. You may read these four stories in any order you like. From the tomboy, Trinity Skye falling in love with her neighbor after a crazy basketball bet on the court, to her sister finally coming to terms with her sexuality. Another sister who decides to play a dangerous game with two men in order to prove a point. Another story that make up two best friends who dance around the idea of being together when attraction, love, questions, violence surrounds their very foundation on how they became friends in the first place. Testing their relationship to no end.
This book is filled with love, karma, secrets never before told until now. Magical things you can't explain happening, and a deeper look inside the sister's and what they're each able to do as root workers, and witches.
And OMG this sounds like a twisted movie plot. Purpose of this book is to experience it the way a group of readers would, watching a movie from different perspectives. Find three other readers, and each of you pick a different story to start with. They all start from the same beginning, and end the same way from a different point of view. Hence the reason you may read out of order. Or...if this sounds complicated, just read straight through.

Omni Skye: You play too many games, but I adore you. The way you confronted those Freeman’s at that auction was everything but it is true, you are young and have a lot of growing up to do.
Nevaeh Skye: You just keep loving Junie Boy and have the little family you guys created, but hopefully it stays drama free.
Junie Boy Carter: Forever one of my favorite characters and always funny. I love how you love and how you do not sugarcoat anything with anyone, especially the Skye sisters.
Siren Skye: No comment.
Andre: I like you.
Trinity Skye: You curse too much, but I like you and how you have a click with Tuesday and Frannie! I do like how you’re trying to be vulnerable with Andre, and you are still dealing with your trauma, but you’re trying.
Caroline Skye: SHUT UP! Glad you were able to feel like you can be yourself now, but how dare you shame Trinity for not liking her dad when you do not like your own mother? You both lived in the same household but have different experiences, and you need to do better!

I wasn’t sure what to expect from the Voodoo sisters, however their stories are filled with intrigue and life. I will admit I had to reread the dialogue several times in order for me to understand what they were saying. I love the multi POV. It reminds me of GOT. Like most families they all have their faults and strengths, but are always there for each other now matter what. Trinity and Junie are my favorite characters. I think because they are the most honest and I can relate to them more. The book leaves us on a cliffhanger which I hate, had I known I would have waited to read the series. Now I must wait impatiently for Nirvana. It leaves so many questions unanswered...sigh.

I dont like it
This book was a waste.. Like everybody who talked, story went up untill that Siren incident. Now I'm thirsty tryna read every last point of view just to find out that you are not going to till us what happen after that crazy incident. Like, I'm so disappointed. I really could of not read this book tho.

A bit of a let down
The entire book felt like a never ending run on sentence. This book did not hold my attention like her previous books, I found myself skipping over a majority of the book. I will continue to support the author though

As ALWAYS, Desiree wrote Another Masterpiece!👏👏👏👏 (I should have completed this review last week, but got busy, so here it is Now). 'Chaos' was a Compilation of previous works by this Author and in No way, disappoint.👌 Because old characters came into view and new storylines introduced, make sure you have Ample time to Began & Finish this lengthy, Awesome book!👊👌 It really Amazes me, how Desiree can create AND fully develop Each character, withOUT losing the Integrity of the storyline, as well as the Capability to NOT confuse the reader!💯💯💯💯 As the Exceptional Storytelling Author that she is.....'Chaos' was an Amazing read and look forward to the next installment.💖💖💖💖 I was so Anxious to read this book that I didn't even wait to start-up my 'Kindle Unlimited' membership again-I bought it outright😅 because I KNEW I would be in for a Treat & a TREAT, this was......EXCELLENT WORK & BRILLIANT Writing like ALL previous books!😚😚😚😚 So YEAH.......I Thoroughly Enjoyed, 'Chaos'!💖💖💖💖

I love few thing more than seeing an author grow. I didn't start reading Desiree when she first started writing. My journey started in 2020, and although I was shooting in the gym with her, I still proudly and loudly sing congratulations. B, I have watched her gradually strengthen her literary voice, with each book I read. When I discuss world building, Desiree is one of my top authors.
Now B, I have to give this book more props because not only did she step out of her comfort zone with the writing style, she also takes a timid yet strong step into a new genre. I love an author who can make every character humane. In this book, I found myself having a hard time pointing fingers because every character's flaw could easily be mine. Every major character has a realistic HEA, but that doesn't absolve them from going through significant hardships. This book was amazing, and if you haven't hopped on the Desiree train yet, it will chug passed you, leaving you wishing you'd listened to me and climbed aboard.

Another amazing hit!!!!
First a round of 👏👏👏👏! Omg....this book was on 🔥. Loved it!!!!!! It took me 2.5 days to read this because I wanted to take my time. Desiree did a good job giving us an insight into each character and how they relate to one another. The Chaos story lines were perfect and how she connected each one was fabulous. It was an emotional trip with some laughter on the way. I fell in love 💘 with Piru and Frankie. Can't wait to see how that relationship turns out. I was glad to see Trinity slowly letting the wall down and Caroline coming into her true self. BUT the funniest part of the entire book was when Junie was asked to go to the store to pickup some items for the funeral party on his
day off and Demarco, Sanco & Paris got involved. I was 😅😅😅😅.
I feel that there is a bigger connection between the Turner, Carter, Freeman and Skye families that I'm waiting to be revealed. Can't wait for the next installment. Great job on Chaos!!!!!!!!

Im hooked on this authors books!
I've read every single book so far. I thought this one was going to be difficult to understand because of the arrangement in the storyline being in any order. I put it down for a couple weeks until I was completely ready for the challenge. Like all of the books, you're sucked right into the storyline.... I didn't have a problem at all with the arrangement or order, I just read it from beginning to end with pure satisfaction. Franny and Piru were introduced in this book and so far they are my favorite. I hope they end up together. Piru needs to man up and stop denying his true feelings. I'm also happy for Trinity, she was my favorite Skye sister. Omni's story is pretty interesting too. I think I can honesty say that Desiree is my favorite author of all times. I have not been disappointed with anything I read from her. Can't wait for the next book Nirvana!!!!

I will always LOVE Tuesday
Favorite Skye Sister Trinity Skye and Andre is Bea!!! I was pissed about the ball to the face but he ride for her.
Now I will say I jumped through and read each first chapter in their section all but Francesea's Then read through. These women found their other half in the craziest situations.
Omninaya Skye had to READ and drop TEA but she got her "Husband". And a crazy that bout to die!
Queen Monae Skye showing out wish her the best.
Carolina Skye the Original too uppity for me but Daniell Janae (Dj) gonna get that right they cute.
Loving Navaeh Skye Nay n Junie Boy wait on baby girl just love them.

Bomb!!!
Desiree, man! Don't even know where to start! All I can say is that Chaos was well worth the wait! Junie still my dawg because he sticking to Jesus like me, we not down with that witch ishh! 😂 Nay still my favorite Skye sister (Trinity is a close second).
Despite the wack ish he did in the past, I was touched by Gunner & Moe's story...that history and familiarity is hard to shake man! When its meant to be...that's just what it is. Same for Frenchie & Bam...still can't stand her though 😒
Piru & Frannie 😍😍😍 The perfect couple and they ain't even together for real lol

Chaos
I absolutely loved this book! Trini Gyal really showed up and showed out! I love TTF(Tuesday, Trinity, and Frannie). Savanna will always be the fraud. Couldn’t stand her in the other books don’t like her now. Paris finally broke through and let his heart lay with Savanna. But i still think he owed Moe and apology. Jason and Tuesday are perfect together. Moe and Gunner i love them together! Trudence, i could’ve did without her. Shelby I hated her. Frannie and Piru give me Jordyn with a Y and Elijah vibes. Omni and Tucker! I’m so glad they FINALLY, FINALLY, F I N A L L Y got it together and became one. Caroline is finally living in her truth and i just want her to go to sleep lmao. I can’t wait to read about Siren and Ahmad. Oh, i also knew Hakeem was a weirdo from the jump. Desiree really out did herself with this one!

whew!
This was a massive read, that really flushed out some long standing characters. I started with the Moon Run series which prompted me to read all of Desiree’s work in order to catch up to where I started, and I have to say, I didn’t like the Skye Sisters in the Moon Run series and I still don’t too much care for them now that I more know about them (I’m talking to you Caroline and Siren.)
Frannie and Piru, I can rock with. Omni and Nevaeh are my babies and i love their fellas, especially Junie Boy.
Desiree really brings characters to life in a way that feels like you know these people for real. They are multi-faceted, flawed, brilliant and beautiful. So much so I hit the biggest slumps after reading her books. Love me some Desiree/Granger.
I can’t wait for this to come back to print to I can own physical copies of the whole series
On to part three!

Nothing short of AMAZING
I have to say right now no one is touching your writing style #period. The way u can read this book in different orders and yet it still comes together was pure Genius! I’m not giving the story away because honestly I want y’all to pick it up and read it! But trust me it levels to it!!! Start from the top trust me it’s so worth it!!! Omni and Tucker tho.... yaaaaas Finally easily my favorite of them all but I’m Still team Junie Boy and Nev. I’m so happy for trinity and Dre still waiting for them to go all out with Trinity being my #2 Fav under Omni. I’m now adding Piru and Frannie to the list I just kept waiting for their moment because the connection is undeniable!!!! I couldn’t put this book down if I tried!!!!

So first I️ would like to say that the different stories told from different perspectives were so intriguing. I️ read I️t in order because I️ didn’t want to wait on my friends they read too damn slow, but any time I️ read about these characters in my mind I️m right there. I️ literally try to picture the scenes wishing I️ could be there. I️ could go on and on she’s right so many bomb drops and QTNA but I’ll patiently wait on the next book. I️ need an autographed copy of this master piece. You have to have an open mind to understand the Skye’s/ (Ugly Florida Men), Freeman’s, Carter’s, and Turners. They’re all sick and or need help lol but I️ would read about them forever. I️ enjoyed this ..... course I️ would!!!! Desiree wrote I️t 😂😊 *No spoilers*

I read it the way Desiree recommended it and it was great. Skye Sisters are back with the rest of the gang, Carter’s, Turners, Freeman’s, and the Florida Boys. There was many secrets that came out and a lot of questions were answered, some that were not answered, but I know it’s coming. New characters are introduced and you see a few from the past. I love the way that all of Desiree books intertwine with one another. The way that she delivered this book was amazing! I can’t want to see what happens next. Great job.

Chaos
Just as the title eluded, straight chaos between these pages. I have enjoyed the journey. Have fallen in love with the Trinity, Frankie, Tuesday clique. Just seems so fitting. Always wondered how large families raised by the same parents in the same household have such drastic upbringing. When in reality, it's just the perception of the individual sibling. Them seeing it from their point of view and no other. I need them to layoff the shat with Trinity, my girl pulls them dudes. I'm happy that she did her transformation on her own. Heel toe, been toe... Lol
I need Caroline, Siren, Moe, Savanah and Omni to mature and worry about themselves a bit. They be so involved with bashing the next, looking down their noses, and living their truth thru rose colored glasses.

Yessss
Ok so I really want to write this review stating the shocking moments buuuuut I can't so I'll just say that the revelation of Snow! Wow! Piru Lord I hope he gets it together before he truly loses Frannie with her finding herself so to speak and her new found friends TTF is my new favorite group! 💓💖❤. Still hate Savannah, still don't care for Moe. Love the way each book came together and you could actually see what everybody was doing in the same scene. I read the book thought but now I want to reread it in a different order. As always you do dope work and I looking forward to rereading to pick up something I missed. Cudos to you Queen

A very creative venture
The premise of reading the book out of order was mind blowing. This is author is an amazing storyteller who has created characters that live rent free in my head. That Freeman family…
So far, however, this is my least favorite of all the books I’ve read from this author. The song lyrics took away from the story, in my opinion. Did not care to read words I could listen to on any music streaming service. They were a distraction from hearing the words I came for, which were those from the mind of one of the greatest storytellers I’ve had the joy of experiencing.

Whew
I love a long book where there's a real story. The way the book was written and told by different people, different perspectives of the same incidents, it was a great concept. Trinity is forever my favorite Skye Sister but Omni and Tucker were a big hit for me. I read the story straight through how it was written and I'm glad I did. I have to say I didn't really connect with Piru and Francesca's story though, I don't know why. I had to stop a few times reading their part. It was a good book

Chaos is chaotic!
All the bombshells dropped...... A new daughter to Frank Turner that was hidden in plain sight and just so happens to be best friends with the mysterious rich boy with the thug mentality, Piru Freeman......the last Carter boy! Desiree, you have outdone yourself once again! If you ever get a chance to read this post, I think a new series in order......The Turner Girls.....This new series should let us in on the lives of Savannah, Monae, and Francessca....I know you'll blow our minds all over again!

Worth the Wait
This book was definitely worth the wait. I enjoyed every word in the book. As always I couldn't stand Savannah and Paris. I was Soo hoping Moe found a new love in Stacey but ah well... Junie Boy came through as always and is still my favorite character!! I could just picture his silly self throwing salt, LMAO!!! We've learned about the sisters and seen into their lives now I'm ready to see what those Skye men do!!! Bring on Nirvana!!!

That Damn Desiree
Yo! Its amazing that this author is not mentally crazy!!! How she manages to keep up with all these characters is beyond me 😁 There were a couple books contending for the #1 spot this year. But right before the new year Desiree came in and stole the crown!!! This book made me laugh, cry, and gossip to my boyfriend like this was my real life! There was so much that happened in this book, that I can’t even speak to one thing! Entertaining from BEGINNING to END

Can't wait for the next book!
I love super long books!!! I also read the book as suggested with starting with Trinity. Thank God for the table of contents with the kindle app which made it very easy to read out of order. I like everyone except for Paris, Savannah, Gator and Black. Oh and that Hotep nigga. I love Trinity & Frannie and of course the OG Tuesday!! So many questions but I'm willing to wait for the next book patiently!

Amazing as Always!
Since I got the kindle for Christmas last year, I was on a never ending reading journey and lucked up and found Desiree. Her books feel like I'm reading someone's journal, feeling like they are real people and I want to know what there doing now (lol). This book in particular felt like a movie! I can't wait to read the next and possible conclusion with this group of people.

Loved it!!
Desiree is my favorite author. She never disappoints. She is a great storyteller and her characters are so relatable. I can just picture the scenes she describes. Enjoyed getting to know more about the Skye sisters and meeting new characters. I like Piru and Frannie. Always great when other characters make appearances. Elijah never disappoints😅..Looking forward for whatever is next..Great job.

Desiree you are one of my favorite authors whose writing style is impeccable. I've been a fan of your writing since I first read The Carter Boys and have continued to follow and read all your work after. I like how you set up each story in Chaos to showcase each characters lives and how they intertwine with each other. I love those Skye Sisters. Desiree, kudos to you on another excellent book. Chaos!!!!!
I started with Trinitys story first and I just loved her and Dre! Piru was a nice surprise, him and Frannie. I see great uncle Charles on that bs. Omni and Tucker man when she read Eric his life Tucker gave him that whooping he's been waiting to give him and to finish off with that kiss that finally sealed them together. I'm so glad Caroline is finally living her truth. So much was going on. I just loved this CHAOTIC mess!!!!! Until Nirvana

Wow!
It takes true talent to be able to write a story this way without sounding repetitive while still keeping readers glued to the pages. I couldn’t get through it fast enough to see what would happen next lol! Loved this! I thought I had Trinity and Caroline all figured out and I was wrong. I’m ready to hear more from these couples and figure out why ol boy can’t take rejection lol.
