They tell me I’m the new Baron Bladewell, with land and estates and buckets of money. Only problem is, I’m a cowboy. My cousin Colt Whitehorse and I drift from town to town, taking any odd jobs we find. I ain’t prepared to go to England and be some fancy dude in a suit. But Colt tells me I have to, that folks are depending on me, so I’ll go. London won’t know what hit it.
Colt:
Jack’s always been reckless, and that temper of his is bound to get him into trouble one day. So, I’ll go to England with him and help him sort things out. It’ll be nice for Jack to belong somewhere. As for me, I’ll keep looking. Maybe one day, I’ll find the woman I’ve been dreaming of, the one I can trust with my heart and soul.
Grace:
I’m completely fed up, living with a cousin who treats me like a servant – or worse. If I can’t get out of this house, Lord Merden will take me to his bed, no matter how unwilling I am. I don’t want to live in the shadows anymore, depending on people who hurt and betray me. I want a new life, and I’ll do whatever it takes to get it. Publisher’s Note: This hot romance contains elements of betrayal, danger, suspense, and explicit scenes including ménage themes.
LORD BLADEWELL’S LONG-LOST HEIR, WHOM SOCIETY HAS CHRISTENED THE BUCKSKIN BARON
The story is the fourth in the Mayfair Menage series and will read as a stand-alone. It will bring in the other brides from books one, two, and three. In this story, a solicitor will come to Fort Worth, Texas in America to locate Jack Dunton with the news that with the passing of Lord Bladewell, he is the next heir in line to one of the older titles in London. Along with his cousin, Colt Whitehorse, they will travel to London and start a new life.
Grace Atwell lives in the home of her mother’s cousin and is treated poorly. After the death of her parents, she became the ward of Lord and Lady Merden. While Lord Merden was alive, she was treated as family, but after his death, she is treated less than a servant.
The plot will have Grace being accosted by her cousin, the new Lord Merden, during a party and rescued by Jack and Colt. They will remove her from the Merden household to protect her, but she will leave and return. Treated so poorly, and with no money, no family, and no references, her choices are minimal. Accepting a business card from a Madam will take her to a home, where she will be given a contract to work at a place called The Nursery.
What happens when Jack, Colt, and friend, Kit Sinclair show up for a fun night at The Nursery? Spanking the naughty girl and then making provisions to get her out of there and back to Jack’s London home. Agreeing to live by their rules, placed in the home’s nursery, accept their punishment and dominance will keep the pages turning in this tale. Not only will Jack and Colt rescue her, but do their best to protect her from the Merdens and their schemes.
While Colt is easy going, and carefree, he makes Grace feel special, and she will even call him Daddy. Jack is more brooding and has a temper to him. What happens when Grace learns that there are other ladies of the ton who live a lifestyle of having more than one man? Will that help her to accept her situation? But what happens with Jack and Colt tire of her, will she once again be tossed aside?
“If Jack was fire and flame, then Colt was an ocean, deep and full of mysterious currents, a powerful force that could even roll over his fiery cousin.
The story has explicit sex scenes, age-play elements, including anal and ménage, several different spanking scenes including the use of a cane. Throw in some mystery, suspense, secrets, deceit, and even some influential people that can help smooth over some of the hurdles. For the first time in Grace’s life, she may find love and happiness rather than disapproval and judgment.
Grace is living with her cousin, lady Merdon after the death of her parents but her cousin treats her like a servant. She has to endure being sexually assaulted by her husbands cousin from the age of 16 and then after his death she is told that she must marry her cousins son who is a horrible man or face being put out on her own and disgraced. Jack has recently inherited a title, land and property and is now the new Baron Bladewell. A a party the cousins son tries to rape her and is caught in the act by Colt who, alongside Jack take her home with them. Fearing that that she will spoil things she runs away the next day and returns back to her cousins house only to be once again reminded of her dire situation.
She runs away to a private club owned by a woman who she traded paths with a little while ago called the Nursery. Here she ends up being rescued again by Colt and Jack when they learn that she is not a whore and this is her first day on the job.
This is a really good menage domestic discipline book with two powerful cowboys trying to show Grace that she is worthy of their love and attention whilst trying to keep her safe from the cousin and her son.
I've enjoyed Ms. More's ménage series. Some of the previous characters make a showing in this book. This book is equally as satisfying. Grace is a combination of innocent, sexy, and determined to be independent. Jack and Colt are from the wrong side of the pond and cause quite the stir in England, but money and a title go quite far in opening doors and smoothing ruffled feathers. As the new Lord Jack and bachelor, he gets away with quite a lot. But Grace doesn't fare so well. My heart breaks for her. And so does Colt's, and he seeks to save her. I love the relationship and tension that develops. Definitely a great story and a sizzling hot book!! I voluntarily reviewed an advance reader copy of this book.
Jack is surprised when he learns that he is the new Baron Bladewell. He has to move from America to London to accept his heritage. There he and his cousin Colt get interested in Grace. Jack and Colt rescue her from being raped and bring her to their home. Grace, who has a terrible life, doesn't trust them and runs away. When they meet Grace again in a brothel they take her with them, intent to show her that they are the men she needs in her life.
Saving Miss Grace is a historical romance that drew me in right from the beginning. Colt, Jack and Grace are very likeable characters and I enjoyed all the spanking and steamy scenes.
I loved this book. An American cowboy becomes a peer in English high society - it's priceless! Besides the amusing antics you'd expect in such a circumstance, there's an emotional plot about a mistreated woman, Grace. The main characters are great, well developed and unique. The plot is interesting with twists and turns that are totally unpredictable. There's a cast of secondary characters that add real depth to the story. The erotic and discipline scenes tie in nicely. This book is a must read for menage fans.
This is the 4th book in this series & as I've only read book 1 I was a bit unsure whether it would be easy for me to pick up the story. I didn't need to worry as it was completely standalone. The characters from the previous books did make appearances but more as visiting characters rather than integral to the story. I found this very enjoyable. Both men while similar in their being Americans in Victorian England, they are very different character-wise. This led to interesting interactions between all 3 mains. A fun read that you'll get through in a good pace.
Jack Dunton and his cousin Colt find out Jack is the heir to the title and money that comes with the title he just has to go to London to claim what is rightfully his inheritance. They are visiting Lady Merden and finds Grace being taken advantage of by Lady Merden's son and they rescue Grace. This is just the beginning with how many times they rescue Grace. The rest of this novel is full of unexpected twists and turns.
I loved this series. It's well written and described. A very different idea from the normal about 1860's English society. I loved all the characters. They are very well done. This book is a very good addition to this series. An enjoyable and intriguing read. There are plenty of different elements from spankings to menage to age-play to hold the reader's interest. I voluntarily reviewed an Advanced Reader Copy of this book and I highly recommend it.
I voluntarily reviewed an advance reader copy of this book. The year is 1860 and when Americans Jack and Colt arrive in England so Jack can take his place as Lord Blackwell's heir. They arrive in time to save Grace from her unscrupulous relatives. A story with intrigue, danger, spanking, ageplay and menage. Hand, cane, belt.
This is a great story. I love all the stories in this series. Grace was treated so badly by her family and she really needed someone to take care of her. Jack and Colt did a wonderful job of that. I really loved how they were so different from the rest of society. It was really great getting to peek into the lives of characters from previous stories in this world too.
I absolutely loved this book too. All have been written so well. I loved almost all of the characters and storyline so much. I hate to see this series end but on to the next series. I could just read so much more to their stories. 💜💜💜💜💜🥰🥰
