An okay introduction to both physical and mental decluttering, would be useful for someone who has never really thought of doing something like this before.
Chapters include sections of the psychology of clutter, the 10 things that bring meaning into people's life (hint: nothing to do with wealth or material possessions), how to declutter various rooms in your home, how to start decluttering your mind, mindfulness, job fulfillment, and gratitude for what you do have.
None of this is sensationally different and was mostly what I had figured out for myself, but as I said, could be useful for a beginner.
This is a helpful book for beginners on the basics of decluttering and simplifying your life. It is a short and easy read. If you have ever read other info on the topic, this one probably would be redundant. There are quite a few editing errors but it is nice simple collection of thoughts on clearing the home and increasing mindfulness in your life.
