"Do Your Ears Hang Low?" is appropriate for children ages 2 to 6.

This song is a silly song about ears, that children can easily dance to. The lyrics are all questions asking if your ears do all kinds of things. This song is commonly shown with a bunny, because bunnies have long ears and could easily move their ears around like in the song.

I remember this song from my childhood but I do not remember where I learned it. It is a fun song that does not seem to have much meaning, but the lyrics are silly and fun for young children. This song has many different lyrics which I like, because it doesn't get overly repetitive.

In the classroom, you could use this song to get students up and moving and motivated for the day. It is easy to create a dance to this song, and young children would love to jump around in the classroom. Also, you could have children create a comic strip, and illustrate a bunny or other animal moving their ears around like the song says.

Cute idea for a book, but it was almost too repetitive and way too short! Might be good for a read aloud to a toddler.
