I thoroughly enjoyed reading the second book from this author. The title is reflective of the journey and development of the lead character. Each page held my attention, engaged me and kept me wanting to read the next. I look forward to reading future books!! Excellent book for a solo read or as part of a book club. Exciting to read new books from a new author!

Amazing story!

As usual, I could envision the characters as if they were by my side. Bernice is an awesome writer and hopes she keeps on writing!
