An excellent resource. Requires some experience as a cook. Or rather you will quickly learn, if you try to make some recipes without melting the margarine first.
Only one error noted, in a recipe that calls for 1/4 candied fruit rather than a quarter cup.
Lots of inspiration for quick and tasty varients, even for chefs with four or more burners and an oven or two at their fingertips. Though you may need to convert from dried egg powder to actual eggs.
