I would still use antibiotics and other medicines with children... something she clearly does not advocate, but I like the approach to food as a way to strengthen the body with vitamins and to fight disease. And some of the recipes look very fun.

Antiquated. Yes, diet is very important in a child’s immune system but as an autistic child’s mum it’s not as easy as the writer suggests.

A chapter on how immunisations aren’t important(they really are!)

An old book that hasn’t dated very well.
