Good summary of the ways in which various government and civilian groups try to measure university and college efficacy. This does a unique job in compiling much of the existing data so that the reader can get a sense of the complete state of the endeavor in the late 2010's. I appreciated the breakdown of the upsides and shortcomings of common tools like US News or College Scorecard, as well as the introduction of several that were new to me.
