Due to the nice artwork, frequent use of diagrams and patterned text this book feels flimsy/insubstantial but it is actually packed with really useful stuff. Having so many different meditation techniques in one spot is great because you can tailor things to fit your needs. The diversity of "people" in the images was nice. The page references to other areas of the book were more distracting than helpful.
Wonderful introduction to meditation, what to do, different types and how to find its practicalities. A great book for anyone just discovering it or looking for alternative types. It’s accessible and can lead to larger discoveries.
