The Caribbean island of Saint Miep hadn’t been kind to us and we were on the move once again. Our mode of transport wasn’t exactly reliable and we were forced to plough headlong into a harsh, hot and dusty environment. The location was a mystery but dangers still lurked in the deserts all around us. Would we ever find sanctuary amongst an apocalyptic world full of the undead? ‘Left In The Dust’ is the eighth apocalyptic zombie novel in the ‘Left Series.’ Brett Wilde, Smith, Batfish and their Jack Russell dog, Spot are continually on the run, searching for sanctuary in a world where the remaining humans pose as many problems as the ferocious, flesh eating zombie hordes.
Christian Fletcher devotes his spare time to writing short stories and novels based on genres such as horror, thrillers and mythical fantasies. He draws influences from George A. Romero, Quentin Tarrantino, Hammer Horror movies and novelists such as Richard Laymon, Dennis Wheatley and Stephen King.
Christian's stories are also inspired by his musical preferences, which can evidently be read in some of his novels. He regards his main inspirations lie with Black Sabbath, The Rolling Stones, The Pixies, Led Zeppelin, The Doors, The Smiths, The Prodigy, Echo & the Bunnymen, The Stranglers, The Clash and Motorhead, as well as specific genres, such as, Funk & Soul and Ska. The sequel to the zombie novel "Leftovers," is titled "Left Alone" and was released on Amazon on 12/24/2012. The third book in the "Left" series is titled "Left On The Brink" and released on Amazon on 05/31/2013.
Loved this series! Following Wilde Man , Smith and the 200 plus survivors leave Saint Meip only to find more danger and zombies . Follow along this crazy group on an adventure to find a safe haven and start over. Well written storyline always action packed from start to finish. You will love each character for what they bring to the story.
Has anyone heard when Christian Fletcher will be bring the next book out It’s been way to long without another book. On the plus side am going to start reading the books from the start, so fingers crossed Christian Fletcher has the next book in the series finished and published by the time I’ve read the books again
