إخراج الكتاب جميل جداً، فالصور والرسومات والاقتباسات وتصميم الصفحات مدروس ولطيف.
كما يحوي الاسم فهو دفتر للمذكرات والخواطر مع توجيهات وتعليمات تتمحور حول تنمية الذات. التمارين الموجودة جيدة، فهي مجموعة في مكان واحد لكني لم أشعر أن هناك تجديد في الأفكار والتي طرحت كثيراً في كتب مشابهة

I really enjoyed the concepts in this focus journal. They helped me re-start my engines and get my day on the move. I still have a lot to work through with it but using this book whilst on my cruise really pointed in the right direction and reminded me of why I was on the cruise and where I wanted my focus to be.

I liked writing in this nice sweet journal for three months!
Honestly, it wasn’t that helpful, but it was nice to focus for five minutes before work. I skipped the weekends mostly, cause I wanted to use it for work mostly, since I start my day pretty early around 4 am! So this helped me start my day nicely before the racket.

Engaging and helpful. It is literally 5min every morning, this book helped me build a habit of relaxation every day, something that I thought I could never achieve.

"Seeing an idea or feeling set out on paper gives us a new perspective and can help us to be more objective."

The exercises are easy and fun to complete, giving you different ways to find mental and emotional peace before you get on with your day :).

It’s a good quality paperback journal and it enables you to think about yourself, not selfishly but to get yourself into a better place to start the day. It encourages you to spend just 5 minutes a day putting yourself first with lots of different ideas and tasks to follow. For anyone who is interested in well being and mindfulness this book is a must.

Fabulous little book, with great prompts to get you focused and productive that are manageable each day, with a few prompts that you can spend more time and energy creating.

Really great tips. Very encouraging and gives you different perspectives. Love the quotes throughout. Wish I had purchased the physical book so I could write in it haha!

I am doing this for 4 month but i am sorry it wasn't helpful. I always write when i wake up in the morning but idk why i feel like doing this is so boring. And then i leave this book on my table

I literally put 5 minutes timer while doing one of the practices, & it helped me a lot with having clear mind and start the day in a good state of mind. I liked everything about it!
