A cute educational book on different cat breeds and how to care for cats and kittens. Lots of graphics, so I would definitely recommend a physical rather than ebook copy (also because that is generally easier for kids, the target audience). If you are adding a cat to the family (or already have one), this is a good, quick, accessible introduction for the kids in your life.

Nice book of stock pictures of cats, targeted towards young kids about to get a cat. Some info is straight up wrong (re: food: "Change the menu regularly to keep your cat's interest."), and 2/3 of the book is dedicated to various cat breeds that the average person would never encounter, but at least the first 1/3 of the book is a good intro for children.

This book is mostly a kid's guide to different cat breeds. The first half of the book does list cat facts and some information about cat care, but it is more interested in the variety of cats and cats as animals with history than how to keep them as pets.

Gorgeous photos and clean layout, as is the usual for DK. A great introduction for young cat lovers. Enough information for upper elementary, but also accessible for younger grades to browse.
