I have flagged about 80% of these restaurants to visit in my many upcoming trips! And I'm going to do the Chelsea Market Challenge with my SIL and niece/nephew. Pack your stretchy pants!
The description of the restaurants and flavors of the dishes is so vibrant I felt like I could see and taste everything! Great book and an easy read.
