So.... there are some arguments that go on in the dog training and behaviour world. Surprised? The trouble is that we end up spending a lot of time on the topics. Just mention 'Dominance' and you'll be able to hear the discussions from miles away, I'm sure. However, pet owners simply want clarity and solutions that work and to stop being confused with all the conflicting information they read and hear. This lighthearted book attempts to do that. It discusses the conundrums with the terms like dominance, socialisation, hate and rewards, and provides some insight into potential solutions to the actual problems. I'm sure there will be arguments over the content and differences of opinion. That's great. Please join in the discussion on Facebook, and take part in the next edition of this book. So, hopefully this wee book will help pet owners to comprehend their dogs better, will help behaviourists and trainers by providing a simple reference to help their clients and will help to provide others with alternate ways of thinking. Edition 2 of this book was developed to take the book to print. It includes 2 new chapters on Punishment and Guilt.
