I was provided this book from the author on behalf of the publisher, SHRM. I enjoyed this book in its easy to read format. The author aptly describes the onboarding process, and divides it into short segments allowing for quick reference. The book details how to enhance management position placements. It provides the tools needed to develop and implement a manager onboarding program. Sharlyn Lauby is an expert in human resources and has written a great tool for HR Professionals and others looking to expand vital systems to enhance their organizations.
