Joy to the world, the Lord has come! Join us this Advent season as we read the story of Jesus’ birth. This hands down was a beautiful book but honestly it was just scripture. I wish I had just gotten a list of the scriptures for each day and printed the references. It was strange to read each day from a book and not my bible because all it was was the Bible passages. I loved how the passages were put together but didn't see it as a worthwhile investment.

I finished this early. I liked the way this devotional book looked- it was beautiful, great pictures and fonts, etc. But I didn’t know it would only be scripture each day. I thought there would also be a devotional part where someone wrote something. So I was hoping for a little more than what was in the book, however it was still good to see the scripture grouped together the way it was each day.

I really enjoyed having a devotional for advent. I would have liked some extra stories or reflection topics. The verses that were picked were lovely and relavent and the pictures were gorgeous. Thank you!

Such a beautifully designed book. On a tactile level, it was such a pleasure to hold and read. The scripture selections did a great job of giving the reader interesting pieces to compare, and encouraged me to take a new look at the Christmas story. I love it.

I love the She Reads Truth Bible studies! I’ve had this one sitting on my shelf for 5 years. I can’t believe it took me so long to do this one, but at the same time, God’s timing is perfect. And, this study really fit for some of the things I am going through in my life right now! Another great Advent study in the books! I highly recommend She Reads Truth to everyone!
