Best wordless book for ages 4-6. Excellent for getting kids to use language to tell what's happening in each picture. Each page is a full page panel, clearly and simply drawn so it's easy for children to understand what is happening. It's FUN, imaginative, and best of all requires INFERENCE skills. So it's great for ages 4-12 to be sure they understand what's REALLY happening here. GREAT GREAT GREAT! should be used by all teachers who have to teach kids to infer at even the earliest ages.
It's fun to ACT OUT so kids can RETELL it as well. Simple narrative structure: setting, problem, attempt at solution, result, lather, rinse, repeat, times 5 or 6 in minutes!
