Super fun and hilarious! I felt like I was reading a written version of the Saturday morning cartoons I loved so much. And I mean that in the best way possible.

An Own Voices kids comic that should not be flying under the radar! Focus is on characters, humour and all-out wacky details so saying this is light on plot isn't a dig, by any means. The ending is also clever, full-circle and super rewarding. All the bonus sections after the ending are also a joy and serve as a bonus comprehension/wrap-up moment. For all ages: high on energy but low on violence and a real delight.

Graphic Novel
Leon is back and takes on old enemies when they try to take over the playground and school. When an ice sculpture comes to life, he works with his frenemy to return him to his own dimension and bring everything back to normal. Well, except for their missing principal. Looking forward to the next volume.

Fantastic! I have been waiting for this book for years. I love Jamar's creations. They're fun and masterfully made. I particularly like the colors in this volume. They really stand out. Additionally, There are a ton of fun little Easter eggs throughout the story. And a good helping of good old fashioned cheesy humor.

I literally just finished reading this book and passed it to my seven-year-old daughter who was anxiously reading over my shoulder.
