“Not unless you can help us get rid of the witches. But judging by your memorable entrance, I’d say that they’re probably too much for you to handle.”
“You’d guess correctly. But that doesn’t mean we can’t ask our papa and dad. And just because I’m a young warlock, doesn’t mean that I’m not capable.”
“That’s not what I was implying, and if that’s the way you took it, I do apologize. I simply meant that you are one young warlock against dozens of centuries-old witches. I wouldn’t wish those odds on anyone.”
“True, I am. But I also have a centuries-old papa who is a very powerful warlock. He’s the master of our coven, and I’ve never seen a more powerful warlock than Papa. And no, that’s not just my biased opinion about my life-bearer.”
