All I will say about "His Personal Assistant" is TOO MUCH, too many and too little.
Like too much sex, too much porn, too much repetition ( ex. 11 inch), too much sex again... and too little storyline!
So sadly only 2.5 maybe 3 stars given!
P.S. I still want to read the author's other books based on Goodreads' friends reviews and ratings.

Romance Novel????
This was not a romance novel. This was pure erotica. I love a good sex scene like the next person, but this was a little to much. All the sex took away from the storyline

I really enjoyed this book because I was in the mood to read about a controlling, jealous and possessive hero who orchestrated the heroine's life so he could have her. In that regard, this really hit the spot, and I'm sure I'll read this again when the mood strikes. The writing is decent overall, and the author has a voice similar to Jordan Silver but much more polished. If you're a fan of J/P heroes, then definitely give this book a look.

This is my second book by this author, read with Kindle Unlimited. Although I enjoyed Carter and Winnie's story I do not think the story-line was as strong as in her first book. Again lots of sex which was too much for the weak story-line in this book, in my view.
I would read another book by this author.

This story was nothing but sex, it became really disgusting and repetitive. No real story either. Plus, the h is a size 12 and is described as having thick thighs, breast, and stomach. Last I checked, size 12 is not plus-size. The author also made it a point to frequently mention the H's "length." Overall, the story lacked all substance.

Naughty erotica read
Carter Bridges is a successful businessman who is not afraid to pursue what or who he wants. And he wants Winnie Jones. From the moment he sets foot at the store she works in he know he has to have her. He continuously comes back to the store, wanting only Winnie to serve him, carefully concocting a plan to have Winnie all for himself.
When Carter offers Winnie a PA role, all Winnie wants is to do a good job and not let anyone down. She considers herself a hard worker but working directly under Carter proves to be quite destructing and not without its perks.
Well, this was a naughty read. I must say there was not much of a story beyond Carter wanting Winnie and Winnie believing herself less than. However, what this book had, was a lot of hot sex. So I would say this will appeal to erotica lovers who are not necessarily looking for an intricate story line.

Hot Read
D. Scott can surely write some fire! The story keeps you pulled in and it's hard to stop reading. The next thing you know, the story is done but it's so good. The writing can do with some editing because of grammar/punctuation/repeat words and such but the story is great and hot.

No story here, just lots of sex scenes
If you were hoping for a romance with a thought out plot and character development and an actual story, this is not it. This is erotica. That’s it. Everything happens in the first 3 chapters and the rest is endless sex. We are supposed to believe that Carter cares about Winnie, but he objectifies her throughout the entire book. He controls everything in her life. She is not allowed any friends or interests outside of carter. Throughout the book a she has no voice, she never speaks up for herself, but in the epilogue we are to believe that she is a business mogul and takes over running his company. So some evolution occurred with the characters but author didn’t think it was worth diluting the endless sex to give the characters some devolpment, but just threw that info into the epilogue.

WTH!?!😕
OMG....This is a H to the N-O for me. I have no clue how I made the mistake of getting this crap to read. Crikey!!!! What was I thinking? Just too freaky and raunchy for me and I couldn't finish it. I didn't complete a third of the book. I guess there's a plot sprinkled somewhere amidst the slime but I backed out before the nausea became overwhelming. I'm sure though there is an audience who likes this so for those folks...enjoy.

Winnie and Carter's story is one of insta-love. Winnie was totally into Carter at first sight also. Carter is a straight up Alpha!!! Love At First Sight
I gave this modern-day interracial love story a five star rating because I simply could not put this book down until I finished it. That Carter and Winnie are true sex addicts! Six children,wow ...I would have loved to know something about Carter and Winnie's backgrounds, i.e. parents, siblings, etcetera. Kudos

Storyline?
If you're looking for an erotic read, look no further. The entire book is one sex scene after another. I would've preferred to read about the characters at work, or the growth in their relationship, but all of those decisions and conversation revealed around sex scenes. I don't think I've ever had an issue with sex in books, but this was A LOT.

This was good. The hero was so over-the-top possessive/alpha. But in the realm of the novel it worked. It was so much sex, and it seemed very little depth. But at moments you could read/see how much the hero cared for the heroine. I still really like the author’s novels, but her style is def when I’m in a certain mood/wanting a certain novel theme.

At first I didn't want to read this, but I finally did, I think I like it almost as much as Troublemaker. Carter and Winnie are a

I have read three of this author’s book. All three feature ultra alpha males with issues with barriers and near abusive relationships. By far, Carter was the nicest. He seemed to actually care about Winnie and wanted to make her happy.
