I’d return to this book whenever I felt anxious or stressed about assignments. If I was having difficulty writing an essay, I’d pause and take a break to read a chapter or two of this book.

It actually did bring a sense of awareness to my thoughts (my thoughts pass so quickly it’s often hard to understand my inner chatter). I’ll definitely keep it and refer to it again if I’m ever struggling.

There is also a lovely space to record meditation time. I’ve lost the motivation to meditate but after finishing this book, I’m more inspired to implement a meditative routine to enhance my study.

A wonderful little book that I can see myself returning to over and again. It's not only for students but for anyone with a busy life. It is full of mindfulness exercises you can do whenever you need which are really helpful.
