5☆ Charming, Warm Romantic Festive Read!

SNOWFLAKES AT LAVENDER BAY is the third book in the Lavender Bay series but my first book. It can be read as a standalone but I will definitely be reading the other books as the characters are endearing and I fell in love with Lavender Bay.
Oh and not forgetting to mention just how gorgeous Cover is!!
I thoroughly enjoyed reading this Warm, feel good read.

Libby works in the seafront fish and chip shop, which her father owns.
Her Dad is thinking of retiring soon and Libby dreams of him passing the business to her.

You see Libby dreams of turning it into a quaint cafe and bakery serving delicious cream teas, pastries and delicate sandwichs. There is nothing like this in Lavender Bay, but there is plenty of fast food places. Libby's Mother taught her to bake and she feels it will help keep her Mums memories alive.

The mysterious and handsome Owen rocks into Lavender Bay. He certainly makes an impression.
You see Owen is a shrewd business man and wants to invest in a new project.
But who I wonder is willing to sell to him?!?!

Owen also has an ulterior motive for being in Lavender Bay.
He is trying to locate someone, and find out information.
It should be easy.... The Bay isn't exactly over populated and everyone knows everyone.... But Owen isn't having much luck.
I didn't warm to Owen straight away, but as his past uncovered I could feel and understand his pain, and his need to put up a wall and push people away.

When Libby and Owen meet he manages to insult her and upset her.
But Libby can't help feeling the tingles whenever his name gets mentioned.
He is dangerously handsome, but does he feel the same way?

There is many secrets to uncover, romance to be found and new beginnings to be had.

The characters are entertaining, likeable, I loved the close friendships between Libby, Eliza and Beth, the flirty banter and sass between Libby and Owen.
The storyline is Warm, Cosy, feel good, Compelling, festive and at times emotional.

This is not my first book I have read by Sarah and it definitely won't be my last!
She always creates memorable locations... this time it's Lavender Bay (which I adored), her characters come to life and become like friends, she packs emotion, charm, romance, Endearing and Compelling plots into all of her books.

SNOWFLAKES AT LAVENDER BAY is a beautifully compelling read with plenty of festive charm. So snuggle up, grab a hot chocolate and take a trip to Lavender Bay!

Thank you to Isabel at HQ Digital for this copy which I reviewed honestly and voluntarily.

It’s always a treat when the final book in a series is the best of the bunch—something Sarah Bennett managed in both her Butterfly Cove and Bluebell Castle series’ and now I can add Lavender Bay to that list.

description You wouldn’t know charming if it bit you on the arse.”

With plenty of bickering, flirty banter and stubborn fight, there’s never a dull moment between Libby and Owen and once again Rachel Bavidge’s narration was perfect, bringing all the emotion and feeling Sarah Bennett has created on the pages to life.

description For as long as you want me, I’m yours.”

And so we bid farewell to another wonderful fictional village and the residents I’ve grown to love along the way, but as has been the case with each of the author’s series, this is one that comes with a thumbs up from me.

This is the 3rd and final book in the Lavender Bay series by Sarah Bennett. I haven't read the first book but absolutely adored the second book and I was really looking forward to reading the 3rd and last one. I found it lovely and charming, and I liked the way it was written but I found myself a bit bored reading this 3rd book. It wasn't as thrilling as I wished it to be. It was a bit too "classic" and nothing really new in the plot. But I am really happy to have read it and I can't wait to read a new book from Sarah Bennett!

I really enjoyed this book I received via Netgalley. It was my first visit to Lavender Bay and I had a great time there with Libby, Beth and Eliza and all their men. Owen is a great match for Libby and I loved how they supported each other.

This was the third book in the series and didn't disappoint me at at all has to be her best book by far so warm and full of Christmas and families and romance and settling down to be happy. Has upset with it but so heartwarming read and perfect to curl up to and read.
Libby is working in her fathers shop on the seafront and it's a fish and chips but her father is wanting to sell up and move away as lavender bay reminds him of his wife to much but ahead stayed for his daughter. Who is willing to buy and will it work for the best or will it upset his daughter when he learns of his plans. Owen turns up in lavender bay and is a business man and although he has a reason for going to the bay he always wants to buy something there. He gets friendly with Libby but do things run smoothly for them will there be romance or does he go to much behind her back and put work first. Also will he find what he is really looking for in the bay or not will anyone recognise him or not and can everyone be happy or not.
A great read and worth more than fine stars.

I haven't read any of the other two books in this series, but I figure that Libby has already been a character in them. I don't know if Owen has showed up previously, and if so - did he and Libby know each other already before their first (?) meeting in the pub that the book opens with? I just found it a bit irritating how fast their relationship progresses in the beginning. For me it felt like from 0 to 180.

But they seem very cute as a couple, although there isn't so much happening with them together. No fun outings, real dates, or anything. Owen gets integrated into the group of Libby's friends nevertheless quite well, and it was nice to read about all of them, but I didn't particularly bond with Libby and Owen so much. I didn't feel involved emotionally, only at the very end (the letters to K.B.) I was a bit touched.

I would have liked to read a bit more about Owens quest to find his birth mother or other relatives in Lavender Bay, this story line comes rather short at the end. Also considering that this book is the end of the trilogy and there will be no follow-up.

The cover and title suggests this to be a novel set in winter, but actually the story starts in summer and then progresses until Christmas (with a Christmas market that is described rather nicely). So you could read this book any time of the year really.

This is the second book of Sarah’s that I have read this year, I came across her books by sheer chance (and a book win from HQ) after falling I love with Butterfly Cove I knew I had to get myself on the tour for Lavender Bay!

The main focus of the story is about Owen and Libby. Owen *sigh*  loaded, arrogant and keeps everyone at an arms length….. until he arrives in the bay, then he turns into this person who goes out of his way to help and please everyone.

I LOVE him!!

He’s like a 2 sided coin,

In London he’s this self made, confident company owner, yet when he steps foot into the bay he turns into this unsure, second guessing himself, broken guy.

After reading his reasons for first coming to the bay I knew I’d be gripped with this book. Watching him struggle to not only learn to accept himself for who he was but to actually let people into his life without him pushing them away….. agh! #GutWrenching

As for Libby, I had a love/hate feeling for her. One minute I was all for the, the next I wanted to shake her and yell

MAKE UP YOUR MIND!!

These two are like two peas in a pod! So alike yet so different! Thank the Lord for their friends and guiding them together (especially for Libby)

I guessed where Sarah was taking our two main characters (little high 5 to me!) And I absolutely loved the letters to KB….  yep….. I cried! More so about the letter from KB.

If you love your books with a feel good story line, characters you both love yet was to shout at, and a totally mushy feel then this book, or series is just for you!

Massive thanks to HQ Digital for allowing me to join this tour and to the author, Sarah Bennett for writing such a heart warming story that even thawed this bloggers usual thriller loving heart!

Well, the synopsis says it all - this truly is a delightful contemporary festive romance and I thoroughly enjoyed reading it. Set in the small community of Lavender Bay, it has Owen Coburn visiting in the hope of discovering more about his mother after obtaining a copy of his birth certificate. He grew up in care after being abandoned as a baby and had a difficult hildhood. Despite this, he has made a success of his life, starting and growing his own construction business, but he still feeds the need to discover more about his mother. Whilst visiting for the first time he meets a young lady he likens to a pixie. She’s Libby Stone and their initial interaction is anything but friendly! That, however, changes as the attraction between the two grows. Unfortunately, Libby’s Dad has plans she is unaware of that involve Owen.....will secrets bring the two together or drive them apart? As the group of friends and the community work together can Owen discover what it is like to belong, at last? Will they discover more about his mother and why she abandoned him?

This is a delightful festive read set in a close knit seaside community with fantastic characters, festive events and plenty of angst, turmoil and secrets that could easily wreck even the most carefully thought out plans. It is a heartwarming story that I have absolutely no hesitation in highly recommending- I loved reading it!

I requested and was gifted a copy of this book via NetGalley. I chose to read it and this is my honest review after doing so.

What a wonderful end to an amazing series. Libby and Owen are my favourite characters so far, I’m so sad it has had to come to an end.
I found this story so inspiring and thought provoking. Never judge people by their appearance, an important thing to remember!
Libby has big plans for her future, Owen needs to belong. This is their story.
The writing is so good, the characters so real, the author has a knack of drawing you effortlessly into the the world that is Lavender Bay and like the previous books, you will not be disappointed.
I don’t want to say anymore about the story other than “just read it”, I read it slowly as I didn’t want to say goodbye.
Thank you to Netgalley, the publisher and the author for a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.

I can't believe that's it, the last book to the 3 part series. I so didn't want it to end as I have thoroughly loved my visits to Lavender Bay in the Spring, the Summer & now this last one. I am going to miss all of the characters so darn much, as I just feel so close to them all.

I have completely lost myself in the story, which was so very well written and I have enjoyed every single page. It's impossible to have a favourite part as there are just too darn many lol.

If you haven't discovered Sarah's books yet, don't delay anymore, as they are truly delightful. I literally can't wait to read her other series.

I love this series, for the setting, the characters and the solid sense of a community that supports its own, and is always willing to open its arms to someone new. Libby is the last of the three Elizabeth’s to find her footing and future, even as she has maintained that leaving Lavender Bay is not in her future plans. With Beth and Sam clearly on their way to happy ever after, and Eliza and Jack having worked out their issues, Libby’s tale takes a bit longer to unfold, as she and Owen have plenty of obstacles to work their way through to their together. Starting this book with the beginnings of Sam’s restaurant in the old skittles lanes in the pub’s basement, Owen and Sam have formed a partnership – with Owen’s connections and experience helping to realize Sam’s vision and dreams. With her previous experience of Owen as he pushed, and not always gently, Beth to sell the Emporium, it’s not clear why Owen is back, but Libby is having no part of it. Alternately intrigued and annoyed with him, she’s also not unaware of just how different he is - posh, rich, handsome and wholly removed from her wildly colored hair, black clothes and sharp tongue. But, what she doesn’t realize is that the little interactions that they’ve had – full of snark and fire – have captured Owen’s imagination and he can’t stop thinking about her.

But Owen isn’t in Lavender Bay just on a whim: abandoned at birth and raised in foster care with little to no experience of family, stability or support: his recent search for his own roots has led him to the area – why not see if there’s an investment to be made. For if there’s notihng else for Owen to be proud of, he’s managed to build a successful company from scratch, with employees and projects to be proud of. There’s only one kink in all of that – there’s nothing in London that intrigues him as much as the sharp-tongued Libby.

On it’s own, Libby and Owen’s story would have been more than enough as they worked out their own trust issues and Libby found the courage and heart to speak with her father about the chip shop. But, this isn’t a relationship or people who exist in a vacuum – even if Libby and Owen keep their ‘relationship’ in the secret, no expectations zone, truth will win out and her friends are not blind. It takes a stern and rather ‘in her face’ talking to from Eliza – the last person ever to speak sharply, and the piercing of Owen’s soft underbelly, combined with his belief in Libby and her potential that brings everything around – just in time for a rare snowfall t delight during the holidays. Bennett has built a place full of people who welcome you in from the first words, and make it truly hard to leave. Complex, heartfelt and wholly human, Lavender Bay may be a tourist hotspot during the summer, but the true heart of the place is in its people and their connections to one another with support, friendship and love. I’m going to miss, yet find it hard to forget Lavender Bay and the lovely people contained within.

I received an eArc copy of the title from the publisher via NetGalley for purpose of honest review. I was not compensated for this review: all conclusions are my own responsibility.

Snowflakes At Lavender Bay by Sarah Bennett is the most delightful contemporary tale to warm every heart. It is the third book in the Lavender Bay series but can be read as a stand-alone. This is a wonderful series. I have decided I would love to move into Lavender Bay where there are no strangers, just potential new friends.
The atmosphere is warm and welcoming - like hot chocolates with marshmallows or a roaring log fire. The reader just sinks into the book with ease. Characters open their hearts and homes to all. Generosity is the order of the day.
With witty dialogue and amusing moments, a light heartedness hovers over the novel. There are serious themes of searching for roots and to belong. Sometimes we are looking for a home, only to realise we are already there. A home is where we are loved and there is much love in the novel.
We all have dreams. We do not need to travel to fulfil these. Sometimes our dreams are on our doorstep. "No-one seems to understand that not leaving the bay doesn't mean I don't have dreams of my own."
Our pasts may have been hard. We "carefully erected barriers against the world." Barriers we put up to keep us safe actually do the opposite and imprison us. We need to knock those walls down.
There is the theme of fathers. We may not have had a good, or indeed any role model but that does not mean we will not be good fathers when the time comes.
Community, love, friendship, new beginnings and home are all found within the pages of Snowflakes At Lavender Bay. A wonderful feel-good read, so pack your bags and head off to escape for a few hours to Lavender Bay. Refresh your heart in this fabulous tale.
I received this book for free. A favourable review was not required and all views expressed are my own.

The 3rd book in the 'Lavender Bay' series but I have not read the first 2 books and this worked absolutely fine as a standalone for me.

This book gave me all the feels - as we creep ever closer to Christmas and now we're in November I am in full-on festive mode (only for books and films!) and this did not disappoint.

Libby runs a fish and chip shop on the seafront with her dad who has grand plans for retirement - Libby has grand plans of her own for the shop but little does she know her dad has forged ahead in secret with selling the shop to Owen. Only Libby has fallen for the mysterious stranger Owen and I actually quite liked the secretive aspect to this book but I truly wanted Libby to see past the secrets and hurt she feels initially to remain enamoured with Owen!

I thoroughly enjoyed this festive read that had an underlying sense of hope running through it. I loved seeing both Libby and Owen's characters develop and overall it just did not disappoint!

My thanks to HQ Digital via NetGalley for providing me with this advanced reading copy in exchange for an honest review.

Libby has always lived in Lavender Bay and worked in her father's fish and chip shop, but she has plans for it, she wants to make it into a lovely little tea shop....... she just hasn't told her father yet! Then Owen comes into town and Libby totally falls for him...... but what are his real motives for being there and how will that affect Libby and her plans?

Great to be back in Lavender Bay and catch up with Libby, Beth and Eliza, as always a great heartwarming story but sad that the trilogy is now at an end!

I haven’t read the other stories in this series but that didn’t stop my enjoyment. A lovely, warm, festive, community orientated tale that left me with a warm glow, ready for Christmas. The importance of family and friends for a happy life is definitely the underlying message of the story and I enjoyed encountering and getting to know the cast of characters.

As I had not read any of Sarah Bennett´s books before and to me Christmas books can be very hit and miss, I wasn´t sure what to expect. Fortunately it turned out to be a very enjoyable story. I think the title and cover might be a little misleading as the story starts at the height of summer and ends at the end of the year but I still think it´s a great read for this time of the year.

In the book we meet Libby and her friends who have grown up in Lavender Bay. While her friends have left the bay at some point to move back later, Libby has never left. She and her wonderful dad run a fish and chip stop but her father wants more for his daughter and plans to sell the shop and with it their home.

We also meet Owen, a successful business man who comes to the bay for personal reasons as well as to purchase a business. You can see where this is going...

Owen and Libby are both lovable characters but what I liked most about the book where all the other wonderful characters who had each others´ backs at any time and although not necessarily related, seemed to have grown to be family. I thought the friendship between Beth, Eliza and Libby is one that anyone is lucky to have and Libby is incredibly fortunate to have a dad like hers. Everyone welcomes Owen with open arms and seeing him open up to these strangers makes the story the more heartwarming. If heartwarming is what you are looking for in the run up to Christmas, this is definitely a book for you!

So I’ll start by saying it is an absolute crime that I have not one, not two, but three books on my Kindle and I would probably not have got to them had I not been so inspired by the author herself on hearing her speak in connection with the Indulge In Writing Facebook group (led by the epic Sharon Thompson). It was excellent to finally hear sure sage writing and business advice from an author in the genre I adore so much (you’ll find in the writing world most talks are by literary or crime writers, very very few romance, and if they are the chances of them being commercial are zero to none). So I did what I always do, went to my Kindle and found the three books and THEN saw a tweet and a review on twitter and so went to Netgalley to collect a forth! And so I came to this gem.

I’ll admit at Christmas time (yes I am aware I keep moving off the point, sorry, okay?!) I ignore the rules of a series (get thee back to book 1) and head straight for the Christmas read. As with the last book I reviewed, that is not a problem here. Although I hadn’t visited the lovely Lavender Bay before I quickly settled into the quaint surroundings and the inhabitants Libby, the star of this show, and Eliza and Beth (they each seem to have a book about them so I’ll be heading back to meet them in the New year). We also meet Owen, who is only a visitor and quite embittered by this fact. He knows he has family connections with the area and having never felt he belonged anywhere, is desperate to make some sort of a connection or link. Owen is everything you need in a romance character, while he has his issues and has decided the wall he’s built is fine-thank you very much- he’s also got a lovely side to him, he doesn’t want to be the cliched wealthy business man, he likes to get his hands dirty and help people out, and be there for people, even though he doesn’t know he is being there for them. Libby and Owen out together so, was a force to be reckoned with, with so many ‘yes!’ smily moments, and aw moments. I get fed up of the term unputdownable, but here, it’s a given, with a story line that holds them together yet pits them against each other, you are constantly thinking ‘but hold on he doesn’t know,’ or ‘how is she going to find out?’ There’s spanners in the works all over the place, with business issues flying to the forefront and people you’re trying to figure out,a s well as the biggest mystery, how is Owen connected to Lavender bay? As I said I devoured this book, yet hung onto every lovely description, every beautiful romantic gesture, every realisation of what lovely people lived in this beautiful place. Beyond enjoyable. Thanks to HQ Digital and Netgalley for the book in return for an honest review.

I loved the Butterfly Cove books, also written by Sarah Bennet and I really enjoyed reading Spring and Summer at lavender Bay so I was excited to receive an ARC copy from #netgalley to review.

Synopsis

Libby Stone has spent her entire life in lavender Bay. Since her mother passed when she was a teen, Libby has worked alongside her father in their local chip shop whilst secretly nurturing dreams of turning it into a cafe when her father retires.

Owen Coburn is in lavender Bay for two reasons; one is to find some trace of his biological family after years in the foster system. The second is to look for property and building investments to add to his impressive portfolio.

Their first meeting ends in disaster with both characters showing a mutual dislike whilst harbouring secret feelings about each other. As their lives become more involved through mutual friendships, can they put aside thier insecurities and often foolish pride to make things work? Especially when an unplanned surprise is thrown in to the mix!

Review

After reading several thrillers recently I was ready for a warm and fuzzy read and this did not disappoint. I love seasonal novels and this one is perfect for this time of year. Not too Christmassy until the end but definitely has winter vibes. Even the beautiful cover makes me want to curl up in my pyjamas with hot chocolate and a quilt to read.

I’m over the moon to see Libby get her turn as the main protagonist as I always felt hers would be the saddest story as she was the most insecure of the girls. What enabled me to immerse in the story even more was the split point of view between Libby and her love interest Owen (who has made a brief appearance in the previous books). Usually when reading I take a ride in one characters shoes, to the point of becoming that character, but in this case I was torn between the two of them. The ending had me snivelling sad tears followed by happy tears too.

I’m sad that the series is coming to an end but I’m also hoping there a new one on the way from Sarah Bennett.

If you are looking for a light, uplifting wintry book then this is one for you.

Libby has lived all her life in Lavender Bay and whilst she has seen her friends go and gravitate back to the place she has no desire to leave it. Lavender Bay is her world and she is quite happy about that fact.

However her friends, Eliza and Beth both have romance in their lives and this is something that perhaps if Libby admitted it to herself she craves as well.

When Owen walks into the local pub and all of their lives, it seems that he is going to be a permanent feature in Lavender Bay.

Owen and Libby seem to rub each other up the wrong way and you can see the sparks fly whenever they get into conversation with each other. But perhaps with them sparks comes a little flame of desire?

That is if Libby can make up her mind what she wants - and also what she really wants to do with her life?

Libby does not want to run the fish and chip shop - she has a fancy for cream teas and scones.

Her dad thinks she should see some of the world when he retires and sells the fish and chip shop they run. Only trouble is that he hasn't told her this.....so he goes ahead and sells the shop.

Will the new owner of the fish and chip shop reveal their identity or will Libby carry on trying to create her dream life without knowing all the facts?

This is the final part of the Lavender Bay trilogy and probably was my favourite of the three. It can easily be read as a standalone but if you do decide to read them all - in order then you will see how cleverly this novel has been almost woven on top of the previous two as you see things from Libby and Owen's point of view.

There is something about being taken to the seaside as winter comes in, as the tourists go home and only the hardy locals understand that community has to survive in all seasons. The snow (which is not really common by the beach I live by) adds an almost magical element to the story and gives it a real wintry feel.

A great read for those cold wintry nights - even the warm ones too!

I couldn’t wait to be back on the journey with Libby, her character was built up beautifully through the first two books. She is a fiery, independent young lady who falls in love with Owen Coburn pretty much as soon as she see’s him. Much to her own denial obviously!

I really enjoyed how this book would flit between Libby and Owen and the relationship that grew between these characters was both frustrating (in all the right ways) and magical. I loved how all of the characters were one big family in little Lavender Bay, and it was extra heart-warming that it featured over Christmas.

The big plot secret was heavily featured around Owen ‘Finding himself’ and Libby ‘Following her dreams’ and reading this book I found it unfolded beautifully. The only complaint I have about this book is that the ending snuck up on me! I could have kept on reading, and while all the pieces of the puzzle were revealed.. I found myself surprised that I reached the ending! I’d have loved to have seen a little more of their stories, but now the reader has a ton of things to imagine so it leaves you with a warm feeling.

Overall: 4**** – This was a warm pleasant holiday read. The characters were ‘Swoonworthy’ and such a glorious wrap up to Libby’s journey. Perfect to read snuggled up with a hot chocolate and a blanket!

Libby has always worked in his father’s chipper and she plans to transform it into a tea shop, one day. Little she knows that her father has already sold the place to Owen, a Londoner who’s also interested in Lavender Bay because he’s looking for his mother, whom he’s never met. When Libby and Owen start dating, there are a lot of secrets between them, but time and patience will bring them all to the light.
I enjoyed this book, although I expected it to be more festive. It’s not really a winter read. This has been happening to me quite a lot: I expect something specific from the book because of the way it was marketed, and then I’m quite disappointed when I see that the book is actually much different. Also, I didn’t particularly liked Owen as a character and their love story kind of left me indifferent. The writing was good, but I would have preferred if the book were cosier, more heartwarming and festive.

Welcome back to snowy Lavender Bay for the third book in this series, this is another brilliant instalment which can be read as part of the series or as a stand alone book and will leave you feeling warm and fuzzy.

Libby adores her home town it is all she has ever known and she loves working alongside her Dad. Libby is a quirky character who you instantly take a shine too, a girl after my own heart. This story focuses on Libby and the mystery surrounding the arrival of Owen and how he upsets the equilibrium in her life.

I really enjoyed this seaside read set during the winter months in Lavender Bay, I loved losing myself in this story alongside these loveable characters. A perfect read to snuggle down with these upcoming winter evenings and get swept along in their whirlwind.

Owen comes to Lavender Bay, a small coastal town, when he learns that his mother was from there. Owen was given up at birth and only has the name of his mother. He thinks that perhaps he will find her and acceptance if he takes becomes a part of the community. In attempt to buy property, he meets a group of friends who become family to him. He has never had close relationships and sometimes struggles with it. He falls for Libby, who is far from the high bred women he usually dates. After the loss of her mother, at an early age, she has had a rebellious streak. Both must learn to work through their issues with loss and improve their communication skills to ensure the success of their relationship. Lavender Bay sounds like a lovely setting and the reader definitely wants to visit.

Loved how the scene is set as makes me want to visit Lavender Bay, already within the first few chapters I wanted to go to the local pub and the Chippy on the pier.

I did guess when Libby and Owen met in the pub and didn't get off to a great start that they would end up liking each other. Especially when it was noted that they aren't each others types.

I was intrigued to see how it would pan out when Owen had a secret of buying Libbys dad's business.

This is a lovely, easy read. My only down point would be that it's wasn't festive - the cover makes you think great perfect for getting me into the festive spirit... However over 80% in and its still not festive. Most of the book was mainly summer and the end of summer.

A really enjoyable read full of warmth, friendship and a little bit of heartache. This is the third instalment of Lavender Bay and I have to say I’ve loved them all. Telling the stories of Eliza, Beth and Libby, this book is Libby’s turn.

Blending divided loyalties between doing something that makes her happy and helping her widowed dad, Libby is torn. Ultimately this story’s full of friendships and laughter with a few misunderstandings along the way.

I’m sad to be leaving Lavender Bay, it has been fab. Whilst this is the third book in the series, it can be read as a stand-alone.

Lovely 4*

I have to admit I am a fan of Sarah Bennett's writing and I enjoyed the previous two books in her Lavender Bay series, Spring at Lavender Bay and Summer at Lavender Bay. This book dare I say it was even better than the previous two. It made me laugh and I have to admit it even made me cry. I love the setting obviously and the characters were well rounded and lovely to read about. If you are looking for a moving read that will make you feel warm and fuzzy this is definitely for you.

I was sent this book by Netgalley in exchange for an honest review.
