Considering that it's incredibly outdated and even though you can find turbo pascal or use free pascal it's an ok book though only provides example programs without teaching much of anything. I actually did do a few of the programs, but turbo pascal obviously won't work exactly the way in the book, due to the system and version the book was meant for, you can get the programs to run with some adjustments. If you have the book it's more of just there on your shelf and not really useful.
You can probably find some tutorials online dealing more with graphics in pascal and it is possible to do 3d rendering with turbo pascal, here is a link to a 3D graphics program someone did https://github.com/neuton/pascal-graph3d
