Oh man, I didn't see that coming! Mia and Donovan certainly heat things up in this book, and I think we all fell in love with him right along with her! We get Selena's story along with Mia's, and even though I wanted to hate her I really can't. Ah! Cliff hanger! Where's #3??

Mia and Donovan are laying low after an explosion obliterated their home. After being betrayed by someone close, Mia makes a decision that she would instantly regret. Finding herself on the brink of an emotional breakdown, Mia turns to the one person she can- Donovan. Their relationship takes a turn they can never come back from, and Donovan opens her eyes to his world- the world Mia could easily become a part of. As she struggles with reminding herself why she's there in the first place- to arrest Donovan- she makes an even bigger discovery. A discovery that rocks everything Mia has ever known, and sends her on the run.
